I am having the same issue. Are you ever going to fix this????

I implemented the above code, and didn’t get any errors. But the new ad slots aren’t showing up in the Ad section of the theme panel. Any idea why?

Are you including the http:// or https:// in front of siteiwanttoredirectafterclick.cz in your code?

Figured out the issue. Need to include $query->is_main_query() when adding post types to the query.

I did so through the functions (‘taxonomies’=> array( ‘category’, ‘post_tag’ )) as well as on the Theme Panel under Custom post types. We are on version 9.6. I think this setting might have been removed from the earlier version. I was thinking this particular setting would do the job for me; otherwise, the setting appears to be pointless and does nothing. Guess I’ll have to go in and customize theme files then.

Good to know about the child theme. Updating would completely remove the functionality we need to keep.

The screenshots look different from what we see, so we must have to upgrade. Will a child theme no longer work with the new version? Will we have to modify the theme files directly? If so, how is it possible to keep the theme up-to-date after doing that without losing our work?
