The default featured image that appears in the post top is blurred. All the images appearing in the block sections, related posts are of high quality. Only the default featured image that appears at the top of post appears blurred. I have attached in the screenshot.
Which option should I change to correct this problem?
My website is optimized with Litespeed Cache plugin. Previously, I had publication Pro theme installed and it worked perfectly fine with very good speed. Since I liked the design of Urban Observer theme I switched to it and then speed went down.
I think it is not the problem from my end. It is the theme problem especially with Urban Observer theme.
I want to know why only your demo of Urban Observer has lowest score in the below tests.
Below are the Speed tests of demo theme
NewsPaper Publication Pro

Newspaper Echoverse Pro

NewsPaper UrbanObserver Pro

From the screenshot that you have shared below and marked with arrow. I don’t see (Attachment Display Settings) on my media library.
I do not have any plugin for media.
Sorry. I cannot do that. Ask the tagdiv representative to do that. They will do it for you.
I also had the same problem while installing Urban Observer Pro on my website. There is a problem with the theme when you install only the demo. The support was not able to rectify the issue on my website.
What I did is installed the “demo with contents” and then deleted all the posts, pages and images associated with Urban Observer Pro theme.
I am not able to “Attachment Display Setting” in my media library. Below is the screenshot.
It is now working fine. Thanks for your help.
I have checked the exclusive post only option now all the results have disappeared. Below is the screenshot
I have modified the filter and it is working but now the pages are also displayed along with the search results. See below screenshot. I want to exclude all the pages appearing in the search results.
I revert to the old revision of the page template and it worked. Thanks for your help.
Hello,
I have changed the text from Urbanobserver to my website name but after saving the template my home page blocks have totally disappeared and I am getting an error message as below. I have deleted the tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer and reinstalled it and also cleared the cache but it is not working.
Error at zones: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I have sent you the email with all the details related to my website.
The error appears on the home page.
Can you do install the Urban Observer theme from your end because if again error occurs then I have to revert back to the original theme and setup all the other features.?
I am also not able to edit with Tagdiv Composer.
I have added the below css code in my website. It is working fine in firefox browser but NOT working in Chrome and Edge browser. How to make the code compatible in other broswers.
.tdi_53 .tdb-title-text {
color: #006400; /* Change this to your desired dark green color code */
}
.tdi_72 h2 {
color: #FF0000; /* Red */
}
.tdi_72 h3:not(.tds-locker-title) {
color: #0000FF; /* Blue */
}
.tdi_72 h4 {
color: #008000; /* Green */
}
Can you give me the CSS code to add?
