By the way, how to make the top bar and the header boxed please? I want to have a boxed layout for the whole website but I can only adjust the body, cannot find where to adjust the top bar and header as well as footer please!

So it should be not compatible with your theme. By the way, how can I close the edit content box after I put the code? It spreads the screen so cannot see the close button of the box.

The sidebar does not appear. You can check again please
