I have my own web server. eStudie.no has more than enough RAM (64 GB) and CPU 12 CPU with four cores. That is a total of 48 cores. My server uses LiteSpeed web server to optimize speed. Nothing wrong with it or its caching. Have of course tried to delete all catch etc. on Friday.

I’ve been using Newspaper since version 6.X. so I know Newspaper well. Disabling all plug-ins that are not part of Newspaper does not help. The only thing that helps is deactivating tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack or changing the theme.

What? The problem is that when I deactivate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack, the website works as normal. That is, as it did before 30 Novemger. Traffic today is the same as before 30 November, so increased traffic is not the problem. The problem can ONLY be caused by tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack. This is outside my area of expertise. For that reason, I need help from Auhor (as promised when I signed the support agreement) to solve the problem. Been waiting since Friday.

Patient? I paid for support on Friday. Today is Tuesday, No one has yet responded to my request. When your house is on fire and you call the fire brigade, you can’t live with no one answering the phone. You need help before the house burns down. I do the same.

Is there anything happening today? The problem is simple:

Normally it takes 1-2 seconds to load one of my pages, but when I activate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack it now takes 1-2 minutes (not seconds). Since these are the core plugins for their theme, this is something I cannot fix myself.

I paid for support (this is not a user error, installation or customization) to get help fixing this bug on Friday. Have sent login information and Item Purchase Code. It is now Monday evening and I have sent 5 emails to support without getting a single answer or help. Is it possible to get help?

I have now sent 5 emails to contact@tagdiv.com since Friday. It is now Monday afternoon. Haven’t heard anything yet. Not even that someone will look into the matter as quickly as possible. Why? This is an e-learning portal and Norwegian students now have exams. My website now has many thousands of visitors per day before the 10th of December. Not only am I losing a lot of money, but this is ruining my reputation.

This is the problem:

eStudie.no ran quickly and flawlessly until 30 November. After this date, it takes 1-2 minutes to load a page (versus normally 0.2 sec)!!!

If I deactivate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack, eStudie.no runs as normal again, but then all functionality in the Newspaper theme is missing! I have been using the Newspaper theme for more than 5 years now. Have not made any changes to eStudie.no ahead of the problem. I cannot solve this problem myself. Only you can do that. Can you log in and solve the problem (at least give me feedback on when). Log in info er send on mail.

I posted this request on Friday and at the same time I sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com. My problem is not that I need help to make eStudie.no faster. My problem is that Newspaper stopped working on November 30th. Until then, eStudie.no ran as normal. Now it takes 1-2 minutes to load one of eStudie.no’s pages. Why???

I have not made any changes to eStudie.no in advance of the problems. Haven’t installed anything either. Have checked all the files. No hackers have been inside and changed any files. Have also tried to restore several backups without success. Also deactivated all plug-ins without this helping. When I switched to another theme, eStudie.no runs as normal again. When I switch back everything stops again. Why???

Since my page runs as normal when I change the theme, my guess is that there must be something wrong with Newspaper. That is why I am addressing you.

I sent you the login information form for eStudie.no on Friday. Please log into my website and find out what has happened. This is a problem I do not have the expertise to solve myself.
