Help!
My website – https://etudie.no – has now become incredibly slow. Takes a very long time to load the page. The problem occurred on the evening of November 30. At the time I thought it was a network problem, but when the problem continued on 1 December I realized there must be something wrong with the website. Have been troubleshooting the problem ever since. I haven’t made any changes that might explain the problem.
I have tried disabling all my plug-ins. It didn’t help. Still same problem. Then installed another theme to see if it was a server issue. First my website crashed when I changed the theme. Then had to run back a backup and try again. Got it right and the website then ran normally again, even with all plug-ins archived. I have thus concluded that the problem is not due to any conflicts with a plug-in.
I have then tried to reinstall Newspaper. First through WordPress. Then by extracting the files directly on the server. That didn’t help either. The websites are still running extremely slowly. Also tried switching between PHP 8.1 and 7.4. My conclusion is therefore that there must be something wrong with the Newspaper theme. I have now purchased this support agreement to help get my website back up and running. Need help now. Don’t have any more ideas to try, except to emigrate to another theme (which I don’t want).

I have a very fast website when Newspaper works. I have used Newspaper for 5 years without any problem. The problem start friday without any reason. The problem is that there is something wrong with Newspaper. Please read what I wrote and please help me. I have send login info to your support contact@tagdiv.com.
I posted this request on Friday and at the same time I sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com. My problem is not that I need help to make eStudie.no faster. My problem is that Newspaper stopped working on November 30th. Until then, eStudie.no ran as normal. Now it takes 1-2 minutes to load one of eStudie.no’s pages. Why???
I have not made any changes to eStudie.no in advance of the problems. Haven’t installed anything either. Have checked all the files. No hackers have been inside and changed any files. Have also tried to restore several backups without success. Also deactivated all plug-ins without this helping. When I switched to another theme, eStudie.no runs as normal again. When I switch back everything stops again. Why???
Since my page runs as normal when I change the theme, my guess is that there must be something wrong with Newspaper. That is why I am addressing you.
I sent you the login information form for eStudie.no on Friday. Please log into my website and find out what has happened. This is a problem I do not have the expertise to solve myself.
The site is normal when we deactivate the Tag Div Composer.
When will the solution be distributed?
