But which shortcode do I use to filter by product category? Woo Attribute Filters apparently won’t work because I don’t want to filter by attributes but by product categories.

I deactivated all plugins other than tagdiv, but the duration still does not appear. There’s only an emply small black rectangle. Is there anything else I can do?

tw144

I updated the post and cleared the cache, but still cannot see the duration. Can you try with this video? https://www.himmlisches-jerusalem.de/wp-content/uploads/media/video/DEU/Wer-ist-der-antichrist_mobile.mp4

Thanks!

Website: https://www.himmlisches-jerusalem.de/video/

You can see that some thumbnails have no time label => these have self-hosted video links. The ones WITH duration label are youtube videos.

I’m really sorry, and, perhaps I’m too stupid…

What symbol is that and where do I find it?

This is what I have: https://tinyurl.com/2f9uueu2

You mean, for example, I can copy/paste a PNG file here? Or do you mean the URL to the PNG file on the server?

tw144

These files have been excluded already. As I mentioned above, using the ?nowprocket parameter at the end of the URL bypasses WP Rocket. Bypassing WP Rocket has no effect. So the reason cannot be WP Rocket. I will email your support.

tw144

I am using WP Rocket. However, bypassing caching using ?nowprocket doesn’t make any difference.

Yes, settings are saved properly.

Ah! Thank you very much. I didn’t see that.

Hi,

no, the width of the first column is 25%, not 20%. See tooltip in screenshot: It shows 1/4 which is 25%: https://tinyurl.com/2fcn4por

Thanks.

tw144

Thanks, but these columns are not of equal width. Because the layout is 1/4 + 3/4, the top left column will always be wider. The math is: 1/4 + 4x = 1 => x = 3/16. Hence, the length of the 4 to the right is 3/16, which is less than 1/4.

I’m sorry, I answered my own question too quickly. If I use 6 columns and leave one empty, the icon boxes do not strech over the complete row. Thus, it’s not centered. Any ideas?

tw144
tagDiv Member

How about 5 columns with equal width? Thanks!

==> Sorry, found the answer: Just do 6 and leave one empty 🙂

Thank you 🙂

Thank you, I have contacted them. What is usually their response time to send a quote?

tw144

OK, I understand. But perhaps I could add some custom php code. What hook could I use to apply add_filter or add_action? Thanks!

Sorry, I pressed “submit” too quickly. Above is my edited question. Thank you.

It is a known issue with WPML. Here is the fix for WordPress 6.0:

I have emailed you.

Thanks for the response. However, the two strings “product categories” and “product tags” are not contained in the Newspaper strings nor in the tagdiv Shop template strings:

The 2 strings are not here:

And they are also not here:

Where are they?

And how can I show it again?
