I’m a little taken aback by this response, and the lack customer support you just provided in that sentence. I purchased 2 licenses from your company and that’s the best support I can get from TagDiv?

I’ve talked to WordPress Jetpack team and we discovered disabling your theme fixes the issue. WP Jetpack worked with me for a couple of days, and not one time did they say go back to TagDiv to check their settings. I was the one that said let me reach out to the Theme maker and get some advice.

So, if you don’t want to help me, can you forward me to someone who is willing to help, or should I ask for support on Themeforest? It says I still 5 months left of support.

“Could you advise on potential compatibility settings or solutions that would allow these features to work together seamlessly?”

Unfortunately, I already tried those instructions. I have two tagdiv licenses, visithrva.com and foodmilitia.com. FoodMilitia.com is where the header image is located and this is the image i want to replace: https://foodmilitia.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/bg8.jpg
