I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of support and disregard for customers who have paid for it. I’m unsure if you’re unable to resolve my issue with your product or if you’re deliberately waiting for the support period to expire so you can completely ignore my problem and ask me to pay again for a service you don’t provide to your customers. This is the first time I’ve encountered a developer who treats their customers this way. My issue has been submitted for over a month, and there’s been no solution or response. Therefore, I’m wondering if I can get a refund if I cancel your product and replace it with another due to your failure to fulfill your support commitment. Alternatively, do you appreciate my patience and resolve the issue as soon as possible?

I also have another question: why isn’t Yoast SEO recognizing the subtitles written within the Post settings?
