Hi Simon, that worked great.
However something else came up.
I just noticed that if I use Jetpack’s free CDN service to load my images from their server, on the homepage my banners now get resize to a smaller scale.
Is there any way to fix this? Or can you suggest another plugin to optimize images?

As for the menu. I found the problem.
The meniu was a custom link. So I think the meniu was highlighted because it was recognized as a link, I removed the link and now its all the same color.

how can I make the widget title have the same header template?
Basically I want to have there, a tag cloud and the jetpack subscribe widget

I managed to make the widget work, thank you.
As for the color, I changed the setting, but it changes the whole bar,

but if I go on mobile view, the spacing is too big, how do I fix that?
