Also how do I change theme settings without using the theme panel ?

Same problem here.

Firefox & Chrome not saving theme panel options, although after clicking “Save” a check mark appears but nothing is updated on the site. If I reload the theme panel – new settings were not applied.

Clearing browser cache does not help. Any suggestions?
