Sticky header strange behavior - reply

Hi,

May I know what is the expected behavior of the sticky header, will it shrink to smaller height when a user DOES NOT scroll down?

I have tried many times using incognito mode, but every time when the website is loaded, the header immediately shrinks to a smaller height. Could you examine the strange behavior on our website again?

Thank you. I’ve fixed the header on IPAD view. But it seems there is still an issue on the footer.

And there is also an issue on the 2nd language version. The block will be vanished if I put any value on the CSS margin field.

Is Newspaper 9 fixed the WPML with Live Search (Auto Search) issue?
And how does the below website work for multi-lang by using Newspaper 8.8?
