The issue seems to be fixed now. I removed some plugins. The wp-post ratings plugin seems to have been the problem.

Hi. I am not using untested plugins. This is not a plugin issue. The issue is that TagDiv composer editor is not working on NEW pages. Please advise. Thanks.

OK My bad. I needed to reinstall the composer plugin. It now works OK.
