two reasons likely:

1. Your theme might not be activated ( purchase code) so it is still a free theme until you put the purchase code.

2. You might be using a CDN like Cloudflare. You need to clear your cache with them.

Bogdan you are not helping Sir, I asked you how to remove the “Newspaper Theme” ads on my posts. They are still appearing and this is REALLY HURTING! @bogdan b
