I have found the problem. It was related with my caching plugin (WP Super Cache). After reseting the CDN files, the Gadgets demo worked properly.

I cleared my Chrome history and caché, but the problem is still there. With the other two websites I shared above it’s also happening.

Very strange I must say, it has to do something with Chrome for sure.

I did it but still not working. Although on Firefox the website behaves like it should be and I can zoom without problems with the mouse wheel and ctrl key. I also tested other websites with newspaper /newsmag con Chrome, and on some of them the zoom also does not work, like for example (exactly the same issue I have):

http://ncultura.pt/

So I don’t know what causes this issue on Chrome, but is really strange because sometimes I can zoom until one point, and after that the function just stops working and the wheel starts scrolling instead of zooming the page.

Hi,

I disabled the plugins one by one, purged the files from the CDN and cleared the cache. The theme started to record the views again when I deactivated the Akismet plugin. Maybe it’s just a coincidence.

Can you please check if I still have the same issues in the console and tell me if they are something to worry about?

Nevermind, I already found it. The option to increase the posts per page in the individual category or tags pages is from Settings >> Reading option in WordPress.

I understand, thank you Bogdan. That is what I wanted to know, if there is another way besides using html to insert a link in the caption text.

Chris, I would like to ask you something.

Do you know if there is any way to add links to the words of the captions in Newspaper’ featured images? I can’t find any solution for this. For the other images I can add links in captions after inserting them in the post, but for the featured images I have no way because they don’t show in the posts. I wouldn’t like to change the style of the posts, maybe use some code or plugin.

What do you think?

I see, all of that is possible and maybe I shouldn’t worry too much. As long as the users can find my articles online it’s great. Maybe some of them will think that my news website it has some sort of premonition powers and they’ll visit it more often.
