I clicked on and followed the prompts for a new license so we can have all our sites covered receipt says I bought a license and all we got was more support

followed your directions even cleared cache disabled securities tried everything unchecked the tab as shown saved and a check comes up saying success but when refreshing page it reverts to show count

every time we use this site we get a hacker here is the link when accessing menu only on mobile, we use a firewall but still comes back

edited the .htacces file, added:

and mobile still shows click here to use the wp menu builder
