Hi Calin,
The latest update has also not fixed the issue for me – the tagdiv composer does not load so I cannot make any changes.
I will email the information across, but as Tamsin says – you already have all of this information and a developer was working on it up until 25th November, but since then no response.
I will send the email now.

Hi team,
I have been struggling with this issue since end of October and still do not have a fix. Yes, there was a lot of issues getting you access to my hosting site, but you have had this access somce 25th November, and since then I have heard nothing, despite many emails asking for an update.
PLEASE can someone help and resolve this issue.

I have just tried this but it has not made a difference. I still see a grey screen with a constant loading symbol.
