Thank you for the instructions.
I had to create the php.ini file.
Afterward, I did a test of uploading an image file, and it did so with no issues.

Thanks. We tried using our logo, but found that we had too many non-imaged posts so our logo was splattered all over the front page.
But, you did spur an idea, and that’s to have lots of generic images available.
