It may not be the theme itself, but it comes with the theme and it is also developed for your company. Anyway, I am not blaming or pointing fingers, I am just asking for a timeframe regarding when do you think it will be fix, nothing else.

Could you at least suggest another slider plugin compatible with Newspaper and Tagdiv builder?. Slider Revolution does not work well either. And Others as Slide Smart look like they are not compatible with your builder.

That, it is not really an option. Should we put a pop up saying “if the elemnts of this web are out of place, just refresh”. Seriously?. It is not that hard to say, yes, that element has this failure and we are not going to fix it. It would not be ok but at least it would be honest.

I expected a better support than that.
