Thanks Alin.
I don’t know what it is… but the icons are just not showing up on my end. Not on Chrome or IE. I’ve logged out from WP admin and it’s the same thing on both browsers.
I’m not sure that we’re working with the same Woocommerce version. My file structure is very different from yours.

I copied and pasted the code from Pastbin into my single-product.php but that didn’t work. There’s another file, content-single-product.php and I tried that too. But it crashed my shop.
Would you want FTP access to try?
When I download the file you linked to it saves as a .TXT file.
Should I change it to .PHP?
OK cool.
Any timeline for the new update yet?
Hey Alin,
Above you gave a quick fix… is it possible for you to go in and effect that change for me?
My single-product.php file looks a lot different from the screencast you showed.
Please let me know… thanks.
I just cleared my cache and refreshed the page… and the social icons are not on the social counter.
Do you have any idea why this happens Alin?
Thanks much.
Patiently awaiting.
OK thanks.
I hope there’s a way to change over from the main theme to the fixed child theme without losing functionality and changes made…
Hi Alin,
Any idea when you guys might provide a fix for this? If it’s too far away I will attempt the fix you proposed above…
Thanks.
Hey,
Alin… I just tried the main theme (disabling the child theme) and the issue is fixed. Thanks for the suggestion.
Now what do I need to do in order to use the child theme without this issue? Will you guys send a FIX for the child theme?
Thanks again.
Hey Alin,
The problem is back… the icons are no longer showing.
I made no changes to the site, and this happened.
Any help?
Hi,
I was attempting to use a different Big Grid and saw the following error:
Could this be part of the problem?
Hi Alin,
I did all those things and the same result occurred. Any other suggestions?
Yes it is fixed now. Thanks.
Thanks for the help.
I hope someone from the tagDiv team answers soon. I’d like to see what they have to say before I attempt this workaround.
Thanks Andrei…
I got some help in another thread from a user and fixed the issue. What I should have been using was my Twitter username “embracedominica”… and not the ID.
It works fine now.
I do have a few other threads I started that I’d like help with tho 🙂
Yup it worked! Thanks @nf_prt
Thanks @nf_prt
I’ve used three different sites to find the Twitter ID and all three gave me the same number shown above.
However, your test didn’t of going to https://twitter.com/3119409564 shows that the ID does not exist. I have no idea how that can be possible.
Not to hijack your post, but I have the same issue with my Twitter count. The Twitter ID used is correct, but my followers count is 0.
And it worked before my upgrade.
It seems that I have the same issue as @sportujeme, but different social websites.
Thanks for replying… using Grid Style worked for me.
Hi @nf_prt,
Thanks for the help.
Unfortunately, I have very limited knowledge in this area, so your help shows me that there’s a solution, but I don’t know the expertise to find it out.
Thanks again though. Any idea why the Twitter ID isn’t working??
Also, the Twitter ID isn’t pulling the number of followers as it should.
