Thank you for your support.
I also installed the plugin and was able to view the site successfully.
And I am now able to filter using Tag by using the latest theme.

I use the Newspaper theme in other wordpress and the Tag filtering works in older versions of the theme.
Only the Newspaper theme I am currently using does not work.
