Please ensure that you have correctly and complete installed your theme. Also, to be sure, please try to make a fresh install of the theme and then only install the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of Visual Composer. Also, please notice that this issue does not come from your untested plugins which can interact with the theme and could cause a lot of unknown issues.
