I purchased your theme Newsmag from themeforest website. I want to have a demo page for Advertise link located at top-menu. Also, I wnated to know how can I build pages with the help of your td-composer because visual composer you guys provided do not have all the required options like page section, fancy title, and many more which I used in Jupiter theme. I used Jupiter theme for another project I’m doing for my tour agency.

Please note that td-composer is still a beta version. Also it was mostly tested on Newspaper theme but works good enough with Newsmag too. However we can’t recommend it yet as a page-builder for a live site as there is still a lot of work to do until the plugin will work properly from any point of view. We release the plugin so users can test it and give us back their feedback.
Instead we hardly recommend the usage of Visual Composer plugin which is tested and works fine with our theme. When I browsed your demo on themeforest you’d see advertise menu and under that menu there are three sub menus. Those sub menu suppose to lead to specific pages. Isn’t ? Can you provide with the template of advertising page. So that it would be easy for me to customize it.

The menu should lead to a specific page. Isn’t ? Please help me build the advertise page as your visual composer do not have essential addons to make things easier.

Visual Composer does not control the navigation menus, it ony controls the content between header and footer, page’s content basically.

The theme is compatible with contact form 7 plugin which means that is tested and works fine while the plugin is active. However we can’t offer support for contact form plugin. Hello, is it possible to let users login or register using facebook account. How am I suppose to proceed for the same. I want Login with Facebook button in the login-form

Unfortunately the theme does not have an option in this regard and to achieve that are required many customization and tests. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you. You can also try a plugin with a similar functionality but I can’t make any recommendation as we didn’t made any testes and we can’t say for sure how those plugins will work with our theme.

often best place to start in finding options to extend what WordPress does is the official WordPress plugin repository (or “repo”) found here; in this example for Facebook login plugins:

In choosing a plugin to “try,” you can often look at
a) number of installs
b) rating
c) how recently updated (if more than 2 years, probably not good choice)
d) by reading the support forum for each plugin to see any known issues that might impact your specific site

I’ve checked a few posts from your site and Facebook picks the correct image when an article is shared: http://screencast.com/t/hbUL3zfWT If you still have this issue try to scrape the post with Facebook debugger:

social counter plugin is not picking up the likes number instantaneously. I wanted to know how responsive is this counter. How long does it take to reflect the number on its counter. see linked screenshot.

Social Counter make a new request at Facebook once at every three hours but if you’re sing a cache plugin the time may be bigger. You can decrease that time by changing this value: http://screencast.com/t/B1HbWflr9i However is not recommended to set a very small value as Facebook may ban the requests.

You can disable comments on pages/posts from the discussion meta box; simply make it visible from tab top of the screen; then make sure comments is unchecked.
Also, comments normally off on ‘pages’ — so ideally your contact us page should be a ‘page’ and not a ‘post’.
Yes, I’m looking contact is a page, not a post. Still unable to disable the comment tab. I wonder why I didn’t notice it earlier.
