Hello,

i just bought the theme, which looks amazing on desktop but horrible on mobiles. none of the images inserted in pages (featured images of posts are fine) will show up.
Actually, none of the text either.
Can you help me please? knowing half of our readers use their mobiles.

Thanks!

Hello,

This is probably because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not like the mobile theme implementation you can simply deactivate it from the plugins section and the theme will use the responsive version instead showing the same content as the desktop version.

Thank you!

Thanks, indeed deactivating the plugin resolves most of the issues. but how to get the mobile theme then? the link you provided gave me a 404 page so I don’t know how to implement the mobile theme correctly. I thought it was just about activating the plugin (but it’s not the case apparently)

Please check the link again. It works properly:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

The mobile theme will convert the page and use a predefined one. If you want to have the same content on mobile devices as on desktop, then do not use the mobile theme. The theme is already responsive without it.

Thanks

The AMP plugin performs at its best when persistent object cache is enabled.

Secondly the theme i am using is Newsmag not Newspaper so i don’t have access to the tagDiv Cloud Library.

Hi Accessplug,

Sorry this a topic for Newspaper, so if you are not using the Newspaper theme, then you can not edit the header template, sorry the Newsmag theme do not have this possibility!
