Hi, I’m having a problem with TD Composer. Every I click on “Edit with TD Composer”, it appears “502 bad gateway” with “nginx” under it. What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi,
First please make sure you are using the latest theme version, download and install it again or update the existing one

Deactivate the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugins and delete them. Then install them again from the latest theme package. Please let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work anyway.
We could take a look. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, FTP access and cPanel if available. Maybe we can identify what exactly is causing the issue.
Before please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase them if necessary. Also test with no plugins active if possible, except theme plugins.
I tried with no plugins active, except theme plugins. Right now, it doesn’t appear the 502 bad gateway error, but there’s just a blank page when I click on “Edit on TD Composer”. Can I do more or I have to send you an email at contact@tagdiv.com?
First please make sure you have the latest version of the theme (8.7.2) and theme plugins, especially the composer plugin. The tagDiv composer is now version 2.1.
In some cases the solution form this topic worked for blank pages

You could give that a try.
If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, FTP and cPanel access. We will take a look. Make a backup of the website before.
I am getting the same error.
I have tried deleted and re-installed TagDiv Composer & Multi-purpose plugin. But it is still throwing the error –
502 bad gatewayâ with ânginxâ under it.
How to resolve this error?
@skparenting Please try the solution mentioned in the topic provided above, in similar situations that solution worked. Let us know the results.
I have deleted and reinstalled the theme.
I have deleted and reinstalled tagdiv composer & multipurpose plugin.
I have tried deactivating all the plugins but in vain.
System Status Parameters are also fine.
Still I am getting the same error.
Need your urgent response.
