Syntax Error

I’ve installed the Newspaper theme. After the installation, this error message appears:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /home/storage/6/7f/84/gazetasc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_util.php

How could I solve this?

Hi,

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

Regarding on child theme, please notice that’s not required and it’s optional.

This procedure seems to be for first theme instalation.

I’m trying just to insert a new update in a totally well working version.

It doesn’t help me too much, sorry.
