How many times can I load this theme, once I own it and upzip it?

Hi there. Brand new to word press themes, envato, themeforest, and this Newspaper 9 Tagdiv theme stuff.

My questions:

How many times can I load this theme, once I own it and upzip it?

Also, once I get the theme, and click on it, it shows several things to click on. Which one do I click on to unzip it and load the theme and get into the backend?

Also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

You can activate the theme on multiple locations, the same purchase key can be used to activate your development copies and also the live version of your theme.
