Please provide some more details about the problem you are facing with mobile theme in Newspaper X, until now we do not received any problems regarding the mobile theme on Newspaper X.

When I looked over the phone. sometimes the web will show up as a PC website, while the mobi theme plugin will still be enabled

Hi,

Usually this problem comes from CDN or cache plugin, we recommend to use WP Super Cache Plugin also if you are using cdn please make sure that you configure it as in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
