I dont have “Instagram Account Acces Configuration” in admin panel wordpress newspapper theme.

That option is available only from Newspaper 10 and we currently are at Newspaper 10.2.

If you follow carefully all the steps nothing will be lost because all the data is stored in the database not in the theme files. Please make sure to update the Newspaper Theme and activate the plugins after.
