Hi,
I’m having issues with “TD COMPOSER”, it takes ages to load and sometimes i get a 504 error. I’ve contacted Siteground and was told that they made an extensive review of my service ant it was nat a server issue.
It all started as i was updating an image and the TD COMPOSER got stuck, after that i could not load the composer or it would take 2 or 3 minutes to load…
Can you help?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
The problem is not the speed of the front office, i’m very happy with the front-office speed, the problem is with one specific feature of your theme… the TD COMPOSER, it will simply take ages to load, when it loads… its not a server problem, i’m using Siteground.com cloud server with 3 CPUs, 6 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD…
It wasn’t always like that, but about one week ago it started lagging…

Is possible that this problem to be from some plugins or some code that can interfere with the theme code.
Please check all these and make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.7
