i just bought the theme and its pretty straightforward and easy to handle. No problems so far but when i import anything that is pre builted i get a 500 internal error at frontend. Without import it seems that everything works fine. i cannot work till i figure out what causes the issue. I checked your article about this errors but there is no setting responsible for that behavior. everything is set to work fine.

thanks for the immediate response. The thing is that i double checked all these and i am having this kind of problem when i import a prebuilt template. I also noticed that deactivating tag div composer stops throwing 500 internal error. There is some conflict with tag div composer. any ideas
also i get step by step activating and noticed tag cloud library when activating throws 500 internall error

If you are sure that all the theme requirements are set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ;
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you tried all these steps and still the problem is not solved, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

is that something that haw to do with the error
ok here is my progress the site is under construction and the domain which i use is redirected througbh etc hosts. I can see that only the main page domain.gr displays 500 internal error. Is that maybe the problem with only the main page

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
