Followed all the instructions from activating the plugins and adding the leads element to the page. When clicked on the subscribe button it did nothing. Did I do anything wrong here?

Hello,

Indeed was a problem, but this has been resolved.
So, please do the following steps
1. disable tagDiv Opt-in builder
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Opt-in builder
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install tagDiv Opt-in builder
5. activate tagDiv Opt-in builder
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Thank you!

Let’s do this. Tell me when the developers are done with this issue. And, I’ll try it again. If nothing works, I’ll go with your suggestion. Thank you very much for the great service!

Hi,

We investigated the issue, and it worked for us to uninstall, delete and reinstall the plugin after the email locker worked.
So, if you fail to resolve, there may be a special case that we could not reproduce and then please contact us by email.

Thank you!

Hi Anamaria, It is working fine now. Thank you very much for your help and quick reply. BTW, is there a way to make it stay on the section (and not go to the top of the page) after clicking the subscribe button?

Hello,

Can you be more specific about what you mean by “make it stay on the section (and not go to the top of the page”? You can set the locker in the posts
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/leads/

Thank you!

Sure. Let’s say we put the leads element at the bottom of the page. When the subscribe button is clicked, the page refreshes and moves to the top of the page. The new client would have to scroll down the page to see the “success” message. The question is can we freeze the section/page so that the new client can see the “success” message without scrolling down the page.

Hello,

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to freeze the section/page, but I will pass it as a suggestion.

Thank you!

I’ll second YLee’s suggestion of not scrolling to the top of the page. 🙂

Hi @FrasL,

I passed this suggestion.

Thank you!
