Hi,
We investigated the issue, and it worked for us to uninstall, delete and reinstall the plugin after the email locker worked.
So, if you fail to resolve, there may be a special case that we could not reproduce and then please contact us by email.
Thank you!
Hello,
Can you be more specific about what you mean by “make it stay on the section (and not go to the top of the page”? You can set the locker in the posts
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/leads/
Thank you!
Sure. Let’s say we put the leads element at the bottom of the page. When the subscribe button is clicked, the page refreshes and moves to the top of the page. The new client would have to scroll down the page to see the “success” message. The question is can we freeze the section/page so that the new client can see the “success” message without scrolling down the page.
