please tell me where I can edit global header? I want add social icons to mobile theme (I don’t using tagDiv Mobile Theme – i don’t want). Now I don’t see social icons on mobile phone, on desktop I see facebook, instagram icons in header, please help.

For mobile version to set the social icon you need to go in Theme Panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks => https://i.imgur.com/WSWpH9w.png -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-use-the-header-builder-and-tagdiv-cloud-header-templates/

Yes in menu, but i would like in header on homepage in mobile theme.

It seems that you use a responsive version of your desktop with a default header.
So, the easiest way to add the social icons in the mobile menu is to import/use a cloud header template and add the social icons element with the TagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/1ZjaHkck
