Which is older: Theme panel setting or Cloud templates setting?

I’m pretty confused about setting the theme. Which is older: Theme panel setting or Cloud templates setting?

Also, how can I change the background color for the header menu in Prebuilt newspaper_history theme?

Hello!

The Theme Panel is useful for default templates. But, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

The background color of the Menu does not change in your recording. Only header background color change. I’m trying to change the color behind the main menu in header?

The background image and color for the mobile menu are set in the Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile Menu -> https://i.imgur.com/9eYp5W9.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Ednt2zW.png
