Google Ads Not Working

Using the theme panel to add my Google AdSense code – I paste the code in – press save – then the theme just wipes everything from the ads. So it won’t save the ad code or display anything. There is no error message and I have checked frontend and enabled “load ad from custom ad 1” just to test if that was the issue and it still did the same thing.

Hello @Crw19 !

In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.
Theme panel is not saving the changes you made there? Then, it could be an issue there. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-settings-are-not-saving-2/ and let me know the results.
Check this guide and make sure you do not have in the .htaccess file some lines with “Deny all”!: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to add them to show automatically.

I have checked the troubleshooting steps and it’s still not working. The only plugin that could cause anything is cache plugin but that’s disabled and it still won’t save. I have no extra plugins or security active.
