When attempting to update a particular page using “Edit with tagDiv composer”, we get the following message: “We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!”.
Our Theme version is up to date and there are no disabled plugins.

Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins too. Install the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.

I have the same problem. Disables and updates the plugins but not working. Suddenly this happened. Is there a solution?
As mentioned prior, our Theme version is up to date and all plugins (including the Standard Pack) are activated. Yet the problem still exists?

Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer

Yes we do – and this bug only surfaced upon installation of your latest Theme Version… thank you!
We have some important page updates, but cannot proceed until this bug is fixed.
This error is significantly impacting our ability to update over a dozen pages. Can you please expedite the bug fix? Thank you!

After “successful update” nothing works. Only the main Newspaper link with access to 3 elements: welcome, plugins, support. Thats all.
Is there any way to reinstall the update or do I have to uninstall the theme and try to install again, losing all settings?

Admin credentials have now been sent to you.
We’re having same problem. Can’t install tagdiv composer, site reports folder already exists. No updates tab in theme panel to roll back to version 11.
Same issue here Hero component brakes page layout.
Tried installing the plugin as recommended, cannot install it back again.
Any update on this fix?
