TD composer has stuck, such that on every page when I open it, it is just a white page with a circle chasing its tail.
Seems to have happened after updating plugs ins, or when migrating to a VPS>
Also where can I find my purchase code please

If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Mohi Uddin You can use a license key for one single product(website), but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.

BUT
…one can only get one’s purchase code in the manner you describe BEFORE doing the downloads. It does not work for me.
Are there no defining codes within wordpress/the theme backend itself? So that i can get access to support for this problem

That license is not valid, maybe it is from another theme, or maybe a character is wrong. You can get the license from the themeforest account.
