I added google AdSense code in theme panel section for header, sidebar but adds don’t show up there. If I enable auto adds in Google AdSense, they do show up in random locations.

In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

Yes I can add the Ad box and it works fine but I wanted to add global settings using the theme panel

If you have the same header on all your pages from your website, when you add the ad with the ad box in the header once, it will show on all the pages that have that header. The header template should be global. The theme panel settings have no effect on default templates.
