Hello travelhippi,
Yes, here is talking about a general padding-top for the entire theme and which can be reduced from the following code. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Gp7s7pU4Ha
Thanks for the message!
Sorry, it was a memory cache problem of my browser.
I solved adding this css to custom css panel in theme panel.
.td-boxed-layout .td-container-wrap.td-main-page-wrap {
background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.1)!important;
}
Thanks!
Hi,
I could give you a code to remove the top padding below the main menu, and some of the container width, but this is highly not recommended. The theme width is predefined with or without background. This is meant to ensure that the page elements always display as intended.
The code you can experiment with would be like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/n23fT520z
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fkHjIsJdq
.home .td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top:24px;
}
.td-boxed-layout .td-container-wrap {
width: 1116px;
}
.home .td-main-content-wrap {
padding-bottom: 24px;
}
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom Code->Advanced CSS in the desktop section, and check if everything works and displays properly.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be the page padding top and bottom, like here for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WItuGiDD
It could be removed with this code, you can try it
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top:0;
}
.td-main-content-wrap {
padding-bottom:0;
}
If it is not working or you want something else, please provide a link to the page in question.
Thanks
Hi,
This code is general it works on all the pages, removing the padding top and header menu shadow
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
.td-header-gradient:before {
display: none;
}
The padding removal will work on normal pages, posts and categories have different elements. Let me know if you would like to chnage something about those as well, and I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
I can give you a code to remove the padding of the page and also the shadow, but I don’t know if you want this for all the pages or just that particular page. This code is just for that page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pYpNJivb
.page-id-6247 .td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
.page-id-6247 .td-header-gradient:before {
display: none;
}
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS section.
Thanks
Hi,
1. Either negate the page padding by setting a negative margin for the row where the slider is placed, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yRMFJaAS
Or enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section to remove the padding
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RKSZ6askezzN
.home .td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
2. That white box allow for a custom title to be set for each image. It could be removed with a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WjrpltufGfU
3. Maybe try and enter the image directly in the footer file, after the social icons section. The image should be displayed below these social icons
– https://www.screencast.com/t/83TJSOxMR
Something as simple as this maybe
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bcFtiGZHQ6
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iWug2tHGoMG7
4. That can be done in the slider settings, according to this guide
– https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/general-settings/
– https://www.themepunch.com/faq/turn-autoplay-off-sliders/
The Revolution slider is a very complex plugin, with an enormous amount of settings and options. It can be difficult to master or even find a setting at times.
This is the official plugin documentation

Thanks
Hello,
The white space does not come from the trending now block if set to display none. Here is the code needed to remove the trending now element:
@media(max-width:767px){
.td_block_trending_now{
display:none!important;
}
}
The white space comes from the page margin. Every page has this top margin which can be removed with this code:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0px!important;
}}
Thanks
Hi,
1. Please check the line height settings for the menu items and increase the value if necessary in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QyhnOr3BOxh
Also if you have custom code targeting the header, or made other modifications to the header check those as well.
2. That is a padding top set by the theme. You could remove it with a code like this, in general
– https://www.screencast.com/t/h345SZ6WZ5v
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
Or maybe by page ID (this can be identified with the browser inspector for example)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2ck6LgpNDag
Enter the code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section.
3. There is an option in the theme panel that allows you to change the top menu background color
– https://www.screencast.com/t/e2EXgiPbOqE
Change the color there and it will have to be displayed. Clear any caching installed after making the modification.
Thanks
Hello,
Sorry but the page was removed as the link provides a 404.
If you want to remove the top padding, you need the specific page ID.
Then you use it like so:
.page-id-1804 .td-main-page-wrap{
padding:0!important;
}
Change the number in the code to your own page id number.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please add this custom css in your theme panel-> custom css box:
.td-blog-beauty .td-header-style-11 .td-logo-wrap-full{
margin-top:0!important;
}
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top:0!important;
}
Thanks.
Hi,
You could set a negative margin on the row containing the slider, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6Mzl1fxVm
Or try a code like this for example (will apply only to homepage)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PzvrqFitIH
.home .td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
Thanks
Hello,
The erotic magazine demo has a few css changes including the removal of the top padding.
You can add it in by using this code in your theme panel -> custom css box:
.td-erotic .td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top:24px;
}
Change the value in the code to your liking.
I’m not sure how the grids are not formatted properly. They seem fine to me.
Thanks.
Hey. Just use the following custom CSS:
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 2px;
You can change the value to what you think better but 2px is a good distance btw the top and content.

Hi,’
It seems there is an empty paragraph added there. Please use this code to remove the spacing and paragraph:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
.tdc-content-wrap p:empty{
display:none;
}}
Thanks.
Hi,
The gap comes from the main page top margin:
https://www.screencast.com/t/KWh6y3p9J
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 32px;
}
}
Hello,
The spacing comes from the block’s and page margins and padding.
Try to add this code in the theme panel-> custom css box:
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top: 10px;
}
.td_block_trending_now{
margin-bottom:30px;
}
Thanks
Hello iMohitPahwa,
If you want to increase the top space you should use a bit of CSS code to do this. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0px;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XhRmqh1oxD
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Sorry about that, I have not taken into account other pages. Please try it like this, it should apply on all forum pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IZ0E4FhupCmy
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LxUlXXhrw
.bbpress .td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top: 48px!important;
}
Try the code and see if it works properly, or it needs further adjusting.
Thanks
Hi,
You can do it this way. Leave the previous code in place and enter this one in Custom Css section. It will apply only for the mentioned forum page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HVWgiuQfW
.postid-1057 .td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 48px!important;
}
About the translation I cannot say very much. This is the official bbpress guide on translation
– https://codex.bbpress.org/getting-started/bbpress-in-your-language/
Maybe you can find more on the bbpress forum about this matter.
Thanks
Hello Andy,
Pages have a padding-top by default which can be removed using this code:
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top:0;
}
You can add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box.
Thanks
Hello mhedinz,
You should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top:15px;
}
Thanks.
Manual activation not work, when you click on the link “Activate” nothing happens.
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top: 25px!important;
}
Not good, first loaded site with the spacing and then disappears.
On the back is OK: https://prnt.sc/fbis9k
