Hi,
I have placed a custom ad (banner ad) from Amazon Affiliate on my website but I am unable to see it. Here are the steps that I followed-
1. Placed the script provided by Amazon banner ads into the custom ad spot 1 in newspaper x theme panel -> Ads (I have wrapped the script as stated in the documentation as <div class=”td-all-devices”> <!–Your script here > </div>
2. Placed an ad box from the tag div composer and defined -> use ad spot from -> custom as spot 1
3. Saved all the settings.
I have added element “ad box” from the tagdiv composer. Still I am not able to view the ad on the main website. I am just seeing a blank space on the spot.

We tested with our theme only AdSense and banners, but I saw many users using amazon ads, taboola ads or custom ads.

we are running native ads using Google Ad Manager.
However ads are not showing because of missing TCF and CMP Consent. The other AMP Plugin (AMP for wp) which we have used before supports privacy notice and gdpr popup, however with Newspaper there is no such solution.

Please see here the sidebar ad (the one that’s on top of Latest Posts) https://www.dailyprosper.com/test/, it is disabled on mobile phones 
and we are loading it there via widget sidebar module.
Now resize your screen and you still see it appear, and our lower ad unit (that is a custom unit, not disabled on phone) just disappears, even if we enabled it on the mobile screen sizes.
Ads feature is not working on my website as tried to paste Google Ads, Amazon Affiliate programe code and other source code too but i think there is problem with theme.
can you please suggest the solution on this ?

Hello guys,
I have updated my theme from 4.0 to the latest version 4.9.6 but it seems to have broken the images on the site.
WP ver is: 5.6.2
When the site loads the images seem to load, but after a few moments the images disappear and are replaced with alt text, all of which seem to be incorrect such as “yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7”, however looking in my media gallery within wordpress, alt text is unchanged and isn’t as being displayed – For example, a Playstation 5, is descibed as a Playstation 5 in it’s alt text in the media gallery, but being shown as yH5BAEAAAA…. on the website.
The main problem is that the images aren’t showing, but the alt text showing and changing might give you some help?
Turning on Debugging mode gives me the following when I load the home page:

Can you no longer create side bars from the Theme Panel on home pages, category pages or posts?
As far as custom code — I copied this code from newspaper documentation. Whether I use theme panel or a widget sidebar…it doesn’t seem to work. Is there something wrong with the code?

I created an image ad using the ad box and linked to my amazon page and it shows properly on desktop but doesn’t on mobile devices, I also noticed the logo image does not display properly on mobile phones(not mobile versions of the site using desktop).
Can you please help with this?

We are using the newspaper theme for our site and we have decided to disable the AMP version for most of the pages as we were having issues with some coding. However, when choosing a menu in the composer for the mobile version, this settings only show up in a few pages but not in all the pages that have been saved.
I have attached a few pictures as examples of what is going on.
Picture 1 is how the sticky menu should look on mobile, pictures 2 and 3 are how it actually shows up, not sticky menu and when opening, no menu at all.
This is only happening for a few pages, as for other categories on the site I have set the same settings and it is working. We would appreciate some help with this issue as we need to get the mobile site sorted as soon as possible to live.

Hi Ali, I can help you with this only if I have access to one of these Amazon codes, we do not have a documentation for it and I need to see how it should be implement in our theme, normally all ads that are set in ad box in this section should work -> https://i.imgur.com/FsxDhXO.png if you can not share it here on forum, then please provide it via email, at contact@tagdiv.com or provide wp-admin login and let me know where I can find this code to set it in your website.

When ever i try to put ads same sec padlock gone and error not secure and if i erase ads then everything fine that happen with amazon affliate link or other ads providers may i knew the reason why is this happen and how can i fix that please

I also tried to purge both my wp super cache and cloudflare cache to make sure the problem doesn’t come from here but it changed nothing
I really don’t get from where the problem could come, amazon banners work just great but shopping ads don’t load at all
