I believe that is a homepage post element. If you want that post to not appear in other blocks or grids, you will have to exclude it from each of them.

You need to know the ID of the post and enter it with a “-” in the post id filter of the blocks/grids you don’t want it to appear in

The theme comes with quite a few fonts from which you can choose. If you want to use other fonts you can load them in the theme panel (up to 5 custom fonts can be loaded)

The theme mobile menu can’t be disabled by a setting. You could hide the entire mobile header with a CSS code. For example a code like this should work

In this case the code can be entered in Theme panel->Advanced CSS->Phones

This code should remove the mobile menu bar with the menu icon, logo and search icon.

From what I know auto ads first require that you enter code in the plugin

You can do that only by deleting a part of code from theme.
Go in Appearance Editor in the right will appear theme file, click on includes > wp_booster> td_social_sharing.php, then go on 120 line and delete this code:

That would be possible with the tagDiv composer. But you could also do that with some CSS in the Advanced CSS sections of the theme panel. In this example I used a code that will make the post title to have one size for desktop and a different one on mobile.
