2. The pages that the opt-in builder uses are regular pages. The slug can be changed as needed. The first thing I see is that the required composer plugin isn’t active on the website. Please install it from the theme plugins panel -> https://prnt.sc/7P2I8thU8xeb Most of the theme’s functionality and features depend on the composer, so it should be active.
Then you can choose what you want to use, a simpler basic design based on the standard pack plugin, or a more advanced and complex design based on the cloud library -> https://tagdiv.com/why-tagdiv-cloud-library-is-a-better-alternative-to-the-standard-pack/
To provide a bit of context, the theme by itself with none of the theme plugins active is basically useless. The composer plugin provides the base. Then there are 2 directions, the cloud library or the standard pack, these add the extra capabilities.

I’m currently redesigning a news website that I manage, and I’ve run into an issue.
No matter what I try, I can’t change the color of the post titles in the news blocks using TagDiv Composer.
For example, I select Block 21, go to the General tab, and set the Title Text Color to white (#ffffff). I save the changes, but the new color is not applied on the frontend.
I’ve already checked whether there’s a CSS class or custom style overriding this setting, but I haven’t been able to find anything that would prevent the color change.
I’m using Newspaper theme version 12.7.7 with the Magazine PRO demo installed.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue?

The reason is that I want to use the Featured Image only as the product thumbnail throughout the store (Shop, Category, Search, Related Products).
For example, I want to use a custom framed thumbnail like the attached example 
.
This type of image is perfect for product listings because it gives the store a consistent branded appearance.
However, on the Single Product page, I don’t want customers to see this thumbnail image. Instead, I want them to see only the clean product gallery images without the frame, starting from the first gallery image.
In short:
Featured Image → Used only as the product thumbnail across the store.
Single Product Page → Display only the Product Gallery images.
This would allow different images for product listings and the product detail page while keeping the WooCommerce gallery functionality intact.

From what I see that’s a search query made by a bot called Applebot. Except the fact that it takes longer to complete, I see no problem with it. Any person, or bot, or automated tool, can perform a search on a wordpress website, unless this function is specifically disabled.
If there are many similar search requests from bots, I suggest looking into protecting the website from them more. You could disallow search queries using the robots file, as mentioned in this guide -> https://www.searchenginejournal.com/robots-txt-wordpress/544255/ -> https://prnt.sc/_y68GwchjiyD That Applebot request from your example looks like a legit bot, it should respect the disallow.

And you want the featured image to not be displayed at all, and instead the second image should be displayed as the large image.
That could be tricky, the featured image and the gallery are part of the same element, they are integrated together. Maybe it could be done somehow with some javascript, or maybe PHP. I’ll try a few things.
If I may ask, what’s the purpose of removing the product featured image from the product page?

That green line is an icon. It can be removed. It’s a bit hard to select it, so I suggest moving that block somewhere else temporarily, for example -> https://prnt.sc/ezxxt0z5uT6l Then you can select the icon and delete it. Then move the block back where it was.
The articles are written in wordpress. Unfortunately our theme doesn’t have a dedicated FAQ element.
It could be done manually but if you plan to use multiple FAQ elements in multiple pages then I suggest using a plugin, like this one for example -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-faqs/ It provides shortcodes so you can easily display them in any page. In the composer shortcodes can be added in the dedicated shortcode element -> https://prnt.sc/4n6EU07KeTV8 or in column text, text with title, or raw HTML elements.

Here’s how it can be done.
First you need the page ID. This can be seen in a few ways. For example if you right click and inspect the page -> https://prnt.sc/oACr1Tx4NbzP this is the ID -> https://prnt.sc/DgUq7LRZTulo
Or when you edit the page, the ID is in the permalink at the top -> https://prnt.sc/KXT2zIJHsPPt
That ID can be used in a code like the one I mentioned. For the page you mentioned the code is like this:

}

It’s a quick and easy way to remove the title just for specific pages, without rebuilding the pages or making any other changes to them.

Some demos have a few demo ads in the pages and in the templates, these are set directly with the composer, not in the theme panel. However, the ads can easily be removed, it’s just a matter of editing the homepage and the templates with the composer, and removing the ad boxes, for example -> https://prnt.sc/CaMZmcdhgXpT
If the ads appear to be loading but then they disappear, maybe you are using an ad blocker in the browser. Do the ads appear if you check in incognito mode or with a different browser?

Estoy experimentando un consumo elevado de CPU y de recursos de base de datos en mi servidor (WordPress con tema Newspaper, versión 12.7.3), y logré identificar la causa mediante análisis de logs de acceso.
Hallazgo principal:
Detecté 6,202 peticiones a admin-ajax.php con el siguiente patrón exacto de query string:
admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=12.7.3
Estas peticiones no incluyen el parámetro action=, a diferencia de otras llamadas ajax estándar de WordPress. Solo encontré 2 peticiones con action=rest-nonce en el mismo período, en contraste con las 6,202 mencionadas.
Preguntas específicas:
¿Qué función o mecanismo del tema genera esta llamada específica (td_theme_name + v sin action)?
¿Es un mecanismo de verificación de versión/licencia, telemetría, o alguna otra función?
¿Existe una opción en el panel de administración del tema para desactivar o reducir la frecuencia de esta llamada?
Si no se puede desactivar, ¿es seguro cachear esta petición a nivel de servidor (LiteSpeed Cache) sin afectar la funcionalidad del tema?
Contexto técnico adicional:
Servidor: AlmaLinux 8.10.0, cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed (lsphp)
Plugin de caché actualmente evaluando: LiteSpeed Cache
El volumen de estas peticiones supera al de cualquier sección editorial del sitio (que rondan 150-170 peticiones cada una en el mismo período de análisis)
Gran parte del tráfico total al sitio proviene de rastreadores legítimos verificados (Googlebot, confirmado por reverse DNS), lo que sugiere que estas llamadas ajax se disparan también durante el rastreo/renderizado de páginas, no solo con usuarios humanos

For example, when searching for a keyword such as “Olfer”, I noticed that posts containing the keyword in the title are always displayed first, even if they are several years old. Newer posts that contain the same keyword only in the content appear much lower in the results.
It seems that the search gives a much higher priority to title matches than to publication date.
What I would like instead is a simple chronological order (newest first), as long as the searched keyword appears either in the title or anywhere in the content of the post.
Is there a built-in option in Newsmag to change this behavior? If not, is there a recommended way to achieve this without modifying the theme core?

I have a question regarding the search functionality in Newsmag.
On my homepage, when using the search bar, the results are not displayed in chronological order. For example, when searching for a keyword such as “Olfer”, older articles are shown before newer ones.
After checking several searches, it seems that the search algorithm prioritizes posts that contain the keyword in the title, while posts that contain the keyword only in the content appear later, regardless of their publication date.
Could you please let me know:
Is this the default behavior of the Newsmag search?
Is there an option to sort search results by publication date (newest first) instead of relevance?
If not, is there a recommended way to achieve this without modifying the theme core?

I’m working on a WordPress website using the Newspaper theme and tagDiv Composer.
I have an issue with one page where some old text content is still visible on the frontend/editor, but I cannot find or remove it.
The page was previously created/edited with Elementor, before switching to Newspaper/tagDiv Composer. Now I’m editing the page with tagDiv Composer, but old text sections are still displayed on the page, for example:
“Allenamenti in casa”
“Allenamenti in palestra”
“Obiettivi: massa, definizione, resistenza”
The problem is:
When I open the page with tagDiv Composer, these texts are visible, but I cannot select them as tagDiv elements.
If I click on them, no editable element is selected.
When I open the page in the normal WordPress editor, I only see a large shortcode/tagDiv content block, but searching with CTRL+F does not find those text strings.
I also checked the normal page content, but I cannot locate where this old Elementor content is stored.
I need to completely remove these old text sections from the page.
Could you please tell me where this content may be coming from?
Could it be stored in old Elementor meta fields, a Newspaper/tagDiv template, page custom fields, category description, or another theme setting?
What is the safest way to remove this old content without breaking the current tagDiv layout?
If needed, we can provide temporary WordPress admin access so you can check the page directly.

Currently I see just one page title in the page -> https://prnt.sc/h2dwbjfjslyj That title is displayed by the theme.
To explain a bit, by default all pages use the default page template -> https://prnt.sc/la5LL16mBQ3X Then it depends on how the page is built.
If the page is built with the wordpress editor, meaning you add content from here -> https://prnt.sc/idQaLUKz5C_J then the theme will display the title automatically. Normally a title is displayed in the page.
If the page is built with the composer -> https://prnt.sc/XrM_UaoZQS8W then the theme will not display the title, unless you add it in the page with the composer -> https://prnt.sc/b_8-puhMmy5G
So one solution would be to use the theme composer to build the page. Or, if you just want to quickly hide the titles for a few pages, then they could be hidden with some CSS, for example -> https://prnt.sc/0qenWAO4oTo2 This is quick and easy, and more IDs can be added in that code.

That is entirely up to Google, and it can happen sometimes. The theme doesn’t have direct control over it.

Let’s discuss it more. So the way I saw it, the theme font settings weren’t applying to some of the posts, because they don’t contain paragraphs.

However, if you also set the font size in wordpress here -> https://prnt.sc/h_aiUU9e0gbM then that size will be used, which is normal if you want to make a specific paragraph stand out or be different in terms of font size.
It depends on what exactly you want to do. you mentioned that you want the post content to have 12px. That is a bit small, but it’s fine if that’s what you want. Setting 12px in the theme, and also using the code I provided, should result in having a 12px font size in all the posts. No need to do anything else or set other font sizes somewhere else.

all AMP pages always had a canonical, which was the non amp version on your site — the redirect is just sending all /amp requests to the canonical link, the original “true” link for the content; if implemented correctly. This is Google’s recommended solution.
You can find many examples of this solution online going back to 2023.

You could modify the 7 days filter, it’s in this file -> wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\common\wp_booster\td_data_source.php

Then change the “1 week ago” to for example “30 days ago”. I believe it should work, the block should then display random posts from the last 30 days.

So basically when the mobile theme is active, a page needs to have 2 versions, one for desktop and one for mobile. If you edit a page there should be a mobile editor section usually at the bottom -> https://prnt.sc/amy6YqhBe_DT
The important thing to note is that the mobile theme plugin is optional. So if you don’t want to build and maintain two versions for each page, then please deactivate the plugin.
