Hi!
How can I hide the Exclusive Row / Section for categories that will not have exclusive content.
Hi, thanks for answering!
On the blog, I’ll have approximately three categories that will be completely free. My question/concern is that when I enter the free category, the Exclusive section appears blank, and I don’t want it to look like that. I’d like to be able to hide the Exclusive section in those free categories since there won’t be any Exclusive articles in them.
Look at the Exclusive section when it’s empty (link below); I prefer to hide that black and orange strip so it doesn’t appear in the free categories.
Hi,
Thank you for the additional details, I understand the situation now. You have multiple categories, most of which include an extra section dedicated to exclusive articles. However, a few categories do not contain exclusive content, and youâd prefer not to display that section for them.
In this case, the simplest solution would be to duplicate your current Cloud Category Template, remove the exclusive section from the duplicated version, and then assign this new template to the categories that do not include exclusive articles.
Perfect, I was able to do it and I like how it looks. Thank you!
Can you help me with two more things?
1- Mobile Theme
– I’ve tried several times to configure Tagdiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WordPress, but I haven’t been able to get it working. I activate them, but I don’t know how to configure them.
2- Lockers
– Is there a way for free posts with the Email Locker and membership posts with the Subscription Locker to show a summary of the content without blocking the full content?
Or, is there a way to restrict free content, so that visitors can only see a certain number of free posts after reaching a certain number of free posts viewed through the Lockers?

Thanks!
Hi,
Iâm glad to hear you managed to set it up.
1. We do have documentation explaining how to configure it and how the functionality works. However, I would also like to highlight a few important points first. AMP is no longer essential and does not deliver the same benefits it did 4â5 years ago, as adoption and usage have significantly declined. In addition, the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is generally recommended only for blog-focused websites, since the customization and styling capabilities are quite limited. If your goal is to maintain the same layout and content experience on both desktop and mobile, there is no need for an additional plugin, as the theme already includes a fully responsive mobile version by default.

2. Yes, it is possible to create separate subscription plans with access to different types of content, depending on the settings applied to each article. For example, you can create a free plan that unlocks selected articles simply by requiring the userâs email address, as well as premium plans that provide access to paid content after a successful payment.
Thank you!
Perfect!!
Thanks for your recommendation. I’ll continue as I am now; I won’t activate the mobile theme plugins. The theme looks great as it is.
Regarding the plans, is there a way to preview the post content or enable “Excerpt” on the post? Something like this screenshots from Entrepreneur.com
https://prnt.sc/EfvJxtCrxr51
https://prnt.sc/WOxHf_4aF9Rh
Thanks!!
There are also other methods that can be used. For example, you could create a single post template and apply it only to a specific category, so that all articles within that category use the same template. In this case, the content locker would be added directly to the template instead of being configured individually on each article.
However, in my opinion, the first option with the partial locker would be better, faster, and easier to use.
Hi, hope your ok!
I’ve never been able to get the post preview/excerpt feature to work. I’ve tried several times, but it hasn’t worked, or I don’t know how.
Two additional things for now:
– First, there are certain sections that uses Big Grid Flex, which doesn’t give me the option to round the corners of the images. Is there any way to do this? I already added some CSS code, and it only fixed the images within the posts.
– In Opt-In Builder Subscriptions > Pages, even though I change the name of the Checkout and My Account Page, the slug still shows “week_pro,” which I don’t want. I want to customize and personalized it to biznetacademy, but it won’t let me; it still shows “week_pro.” I want to remove everything that says “week_pro” and customize it to biznetacademy, which is my platform. It seems I didn’t know how to do it correctly, and the changes and attempts I made affected and damaged the front page. Now, more than 80% of everything I had on the front page is gone. đ
Thanks again for all your help.
Hi,
1. That will require CSS. I’ll try to provide a solution. Which grid are you using? And which corners should be rounded?
2. The pages that the opt-in builder uses are regular pages. The slug can be changed as needed. I tried it now for the checkout page for example -> https://prnt.sc/FxsGIRv6Bx23 Now the page has my new slug -> https://prnt.sc/P4ZwhmEcMa8M Changing the slug of a page doesn’t affect the content of the page or of another page like the homepage. If something happened to a page you could restore an older revision -> https://prnt.sc/GdftD-Ws3il3
I should mention that we’re preparing to close the support forum, meaning it won’t be possible to create new topics or replies. We will continue to provide support by email only, and only for users that have an active support period. In case I don’t manage to get back to you here in the forum, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we can continue there.
Thank you!
1. I’m using this Big Grid Flex https://prnt.sc/AGrTw73kUHrl, and I want customize the corners like this next one that has the Image Radius option https://prnt.sc/AGrTw73kUHrl
2.I already have the pages setup https://prnt.sc/iIY7ifyZ6eGr, Checkout Page https://prnt.sc/1EFj173IfU16, https://prnt.sc/O8AhBBJqHveJ, https://prnt.sc/lNC-6tW9mAod, but when I make a testing this is the page the checkout shows https://prnt.sc/k_lWYKTagvzM, look the link, the link is not the one that I created. My Account Page is working https://prnt.sc/zOhTCtbTnUhZ, https://prnt.sc/HTFMVCZ-06hg, https://prnt.sc/myKpx5Jk3oyu, and the login/register is working too.
With the front page I made a mistake deleting the revisions, I have to recreate the front page again, that’s why I want to know if I can customize the corners of the image in Big Grid Flex because I want all the image with radius corners so they look modern. All other Flex Blocks had the option of Image Raduis but I want to use the Big Grid Flex and don’t have that option or I’m not finding it.
Let me know when we can change to email support.
Thanks again for all your help!!
