Sorry, i forgott to mention:
This Problem only occures on mobile Devices like a Smartphone. The Desktop Version looks normal without Ads inside and after the weather block

Hi,

like most websites, we also use google adsense. We attach great importance to the fact that advertising is only displayed where we install it using adbox.

For some reason, however, a huge advertising block appears within the Weather Block every time Google advertising is loaded in another adbox.

I can absolutely assure you that the automatic placement of Google Adsense is deactivated. So there will NOT be any ads placed by Google.

I can also rule out the possibility of Google advertising being loaded from a third party.

It looks like a pretty strange bug to me. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything about it in the forum. Can you take a look at this, or do you have a fix for it?

Hi, any chance to have the option to filter posts in a block by custom fields (especially date custom field)?
I added to standard posts a date custom field and I would need to filter the posts in the blocks by this field.

Example: I would need to filter all the posts that have the Date Custom Field set to current and future dates.

Hi

I have looked at the page https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/ and followed the instructions however there are no comments showing on the page https://www.justonefortheroad.com/hotel-jardin-tecina-la-gomera

I have tried adding the “Comments” and “Comments Form” and “Latest Comments” but none allow a reader to add comments.

The allow comments button is switched on in the post admin.

There is a section in the Comments that states “Comments Pagination block: paging comments is disabled in the Discussion Settings”. I cannot see this anywhere? A screen shot of this would be helpful?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me ?

thanks

All our flex blocks have cache enabled (from 1 to 10 minutes).
The option was 100% there before 2 days

Hi.
Thanks for your reply.
Clearing the cache did not work.
Additionally, I viewed and cleaned it in two different browsers.
Recreated one of the categories. Meta information remains on the modules.
The switches in the theme panel do not work (theme panel>block settings>meta info on modules/blocks).
Help please.
Thank you!

Hi,

I just checked and seems to work https://i.imgur.com/KibFRKu.png
Also, please delete the offset on the block -> https://i.imgur.com/Bpy83yO.png let the field empty.

Thank you!

Hello @gorthi!

You can make a row or column as sticky in the TagDiv Composer.
In a custom block, the information displayed in the block is designed in a module template. If you use a flex block builder, then you can choose your template here: https://app.screencast.com/gXE6SxpKfQShp and it will display on the block.
Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/

Thank you!

Hi,

This appears only when you have the option enabled on the blocks and spend that period of time on the blocks.

Thank you!

Hello @daniel_crea !

Unfortunately, no. But you can use the Flex Block 1 element, and you will have the same settings for each module.

Thank you!

Hi,
Is it possible to show the excerpt of a post on Module 2 of Flex Block 3? I see the option on the Module 1 but not on the second.

Thank you!

Customer: the theme is not operating the code is wrong it’s causing a problem.

Tagdiv: it’s not our fault. We’re not going to fix it. You need to learn PHP and write your own code and make your own blocks because we don’t feel like fixing the issue. It’s always the customer’s fault

Hi!
gif2you.com
How can I disable meta information on modules in categories?
Switching in theme panel>block settings>meta info on modules/blocks does not produce results.
Thank you!

Hi Anamaria

Is it possible to restrict access to /wp-json/tdw/save_css globally? Would such a restriction have any impact on the functioning of the websites? Alternatively, is there a method to entirely disable this part of the plugin?

Manually blocking these isn’t a viable solution, especially when IP addresses frequently change.

What is the purpose of /wp-json/tdw/save_css? Can you send more details?

Hi,

Have you tried blocking them with wordfence? Something like this would work – https://prnt.sc/1V-dHi7xTQXk But it may take some time until all the URLs are blocked, as they keep changing most likely. Eventually they will all be blocked however and the attack will stop.
I think it could be done from cloudflare as well, if you use cloudflare. That URL can be blocked like this for example – https://community.cloudflare.com/t/possible-to-block-specific-page-access/106765/3 In case you are using cloudflare, this would be a very good solution because cloudflare will block them before they reach the website. But in case it isn’t possible to set up cloudflare, the wordfence method will work as well. Please try it as soon as possible.

Thank you!

does anyone know why such a strange situation has now appeared:

empty fields in images in the incognito browser.

However, in my one (in my desktop computer) it shows normally, but with an error in the image:
“FORCED TO WRONG SIZE 196X126, NATURAL SIZE IS: 300X194”
https://prnt.sc/Jn3_dic_OYyX
This is the BLOCK 16

and inthe incognito browser there is:
https://cdn.djpromotion.com.pl/wp-media-folder-dj-raport/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/newsmag_1812.jpg

Here is not the same BLOCK 16 , but something different.

On the mobile devices looks fine.

Thanks

Hello, I hope to find you very well!

I am trying to launch my site days ago, in conversation about some topics with Anamaria, but I have had little response and I’m a little lost with your template.

It is becoming very urgent for me to finish setting up the site, and I am wasting valuable time here, now I discover with horror that when a user wants to buy a monthly plan using stripe it tells him that the plan will expire in a month. I can’t find the option for recurring payments and I don’t want to start my site from scratch with another add-on.

I need to solve some urgent things:

1. Both annual and monthly plans should automatically renew , unless the user cancels . So I need to know how to configure recurring payments, because it does not appear in my plans interface.

2. When a person selects the plan it takes them to a login page when clearly they should go to a registration page.

3. People can register on my site and have an account and comment post, without having paid for a plan ! this is wrong for me, it should work like all subscriber sites like Netflix, if I don’t pay I can’t create an account.

4. I am having problems to block content, in some post it works but when I create a new post it does not work, all the extra plugins were disabled, I ask you not to answer me that may be the problem.
https://desarraigo.es/sin-categoria/lorem-ipsum-dolor-sit-amet/

I really appreciate your urgent help, I have been trying to launch my site for more than 15 days.

Have a great day.
