Most likely, “Block6” element which you are using is custom coded by the theme author and is not a part of our standalone plugin. You can check our standard elements here: http://demo.wpbakery.com/vc/wp-admin/
If you need any help with our standard elements, you can let us know. But, since we are not aware of the code that is being used in the custom element like “Block6”, I would advise you to get in touch with the theme author as they are coded by him. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi,
You can follow the tread below as I have posted there a method on how to do this there and you can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Here is the topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/can-i-edit-block3/
Thanks
Hey Lucian
maybe we don’t understand each other. We know how to make appear custom taxo on the wp-admin, but we don’t know how to interact with them on the tagdiv blocks. We would like to create blocks for a specific post type or specific taxo, but in the “filters” option only categories and tags are available.
okey, now I have the custom post types in the theme, also the taxonomies. What about filters in blocks? For example, i want a block to show only post from a custom taxonomy (we use them for artist), but i can choose only by category or tags.
Fabian
Hi,
2. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for that, it’s not easy but it can be achieved via css and you will need custom work for that. If you don’t know how to do it we suggest you to hire a freelancer to get this done for you as we cannot offer custom work at this time.
6. In this path ..\wp-content\themes\newspapertheme\includes\modules\module_modifier you can find the file, use a code editor like Notepad++ and edit the td_module_blog.php file change remove the code I suggested then save it: http://screencast.com/t/3gClfIbAf
Search for tutorials online to see how you can use code editors and make this modifications: http://smallbusiness.chron.com/notepad-beginners-38873.html
11.
i) Use this css to have the small images like the other slider images in small screen widths: http://screencast.com/t/SxAIEXyiV4HR
@media (max-width: 476px) {
.td_block_big_grid .td-big-grid-post-0 {
height: 200px !important;
}
.td-big-grid-post-2, .td-big-grid-post-3, .td-big-grid-post-1 {
width: 100%!important;
height: 174px !important;
}
.td-big-grid-post-3 .thumb-wrap {
border-left: 0px solid #ffffff !important;
}
.td-big-grid-post-3 .td-sbig-title-wrap, .td-big-grid-post-2 .td-sbig-title-wrap {
margin-left: 0px !important;
bottom: 2px !important;
}
.td-big-grid-post-2 .td-sbig-title-wrap {
bottom: 3px !important;
}
}
@media (min-width: 477px) and (max-width: 767px) {
.td_block_big_grid .td-big-grid-post-0 {
height: 300px !important;
}
}
ii) The images become like that because of the width of the screen as in order to be responsive are set to 100% of width.
13. Use another block widget, the block 1 widget which you are using it’s set to appear like that: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-and-blocks/
15. Replace this code: http://screencast.com/t/XAQnqGR9fiLz with this: http://pastebin.com/7dpq7Rpr
18. That happens because of the cropping function, you can find more info about it in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/thumbnails-and-images-url-problem-comments-problem/
19. This is similar to the second matter and it can be done via custom css but unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this and you will need to hire someone to customize it for you.
20. You can find how to do it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/customize-article-display-view/
Move the get_category() function inside the module file.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi there
I have problem with adblock in header ( http://www.amsyong.com ), after updating to version 4.0, now the adblock (728*90) located in fron of logo and some part of it blocking logo. In < 4.0 logo place in left and adblock in right, seems fine.
Please need help. I have research similiar thread but don’t know how to solve it.

Hello. AD and Analytics not working.
Theme Panle -> ADS -> Header ad -> Paste my Google adsense code(below)
-> Click “SAVE SETTING” -> It does not complete leave of being processed.
<script async src=”//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
<ins class=”adsbygoogle”
style=”display:inline-block;width:728px;height:90px”

Hi,
Unfortunately you can’t use the classic numbered pagination for blocks. If you need just a that block on a page you can use the homepage with latest articles template, customize it as you likes and set it to module 5 layout.
Hope this helps!
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks
Carvax: Disculpa que te vuelva a molestar.
Hi,
Do you refer to the Recent Posts section that’s generated by the Homepage – with article list template? – http://screencast.com/t/bqYXfSe8j
You can remove it by switching to Homepage – blank template, for sidebar you can use the Widgetised Sidebar block – http://screencast.com/t/obAMqe83fv
Thank you, Emil G.
Hi,
1. The theme doesn’t have an option for that an you can change it via custom css for all menu items, follow the topic form the URL as I have posted a solution on how you can do this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/several-issues/
You can do it for individual menu items but it will not be easy and you need custom work for that.
2. Like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/ad-on-homepage/#post-24051
3. With this css: http://screencast.com/t/SKMarcdAd4
.block-child-cats a {
font-size: 18px;
}
4. Can’t recommend you one as we haven’t made tests with none, you can search online and test it to see if it works.
5. You need a plugin for that, not sure which one it’s used on the site you have provide the screenshot but you can try to find one online: http://www.bloggingwizard.com/top-wordpress-social-sharing-plugins-2014/
6. You can try to edit the td_module_blog.php file and change this: http://screencast.com/t/8P4veeALzl1L as the theme panel dosen’t have an option for this.
7. Can’t recommend any plugin that dose that, I suggest you do a google search and find one online.
8. You have to use that plugin if you want a similar functionality as the theme doesn’t have an option like that for the comments box.
9. Just add your gif image to your post using “add media” the same way you upload and add a normal jpg image: http://screencast.com/t/nkrXbZQbWHt
10. Replied here!
11. You can use the same method offered for the big slider’s big image and change the css for other images as you like using this @media css snippets to target just the mobile screens:
/* responsive phone */
@media (max-width: 767px) {
/* add you css code here */
}
If you don’t have any html/css basic knowledge and don’t know how to do this we suggest you to hire someone to help you with it as this needs custom work and we cannot offer any type of custom work at this time because we work hard on development, updates, fixes and support and we don’t have time left. You can also get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if don’t have anyone to helps you with this.
12. Unfortunately I can’t helps with this also as I can’t recommend you any. You should search for a similar one online.
13. This is a block 1 widget and you can change it from appearance > widgets > then go to the sidebar you use there and search for block 1 widget then for “custom title filed” and change the title like this: http://screencast.com/t/mSQHBYBG8w
14. Via custom css using this custom css in theme panel > custom css filed: http://screencast.com/t/HO4TJR2yc
.prev-post div, .next-post div {
font-size: 33px;
}
15. Use this css: http://screencast.com/t/uQNePflX
.next-prev a {
display: none;
}
16. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a feature like that, you can try to find a plugin that dose that or you could use our social sharing buttons, add them there and use css to style them. You will also need custom work for this.
17. You can edit the post template file you are using and move this line, like this: http://screencast.com/t/OqnqyBtd and then use css to style it as you like. We suggest to get someone to help you with this if you don’t know how to do it.
18. The theme is already responsive build so I’m not sure what your issue is, please provide more details.
19. You can remove the underline for title on hover via css like this: http://screencast.com/t/4cxK85zYOuX
But to change the color when hovered to the category the post is part from you need more css and custom work.
.td_mod_wrap .entry-title a:hover {
text-decoration:none !important;
color: red;
}
20. You can your answer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/show-category-name-in-homepage/
Thanks
Hello,
could you, please, let me know if it’s possible to use the classic pagination on Block 8? Basically, i would like to make it look like Module 5 category.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Boogie
Okay, so my colleague came in and we did a little test.
Mac Safari shows the videos.
Chrome + Firefox on Mac and PC doesn’t
Internet Explorer shows a warning that the video is not safe content.
If we post the youtube embed script, everything is fine. When we use your Featured Video way, it seems most browsers block the video.
I’m not sure if this is due to our site being httpS, thus making the browsers want more secure videoembedding but hopefully you can add further info in this asap.
Hi,
Referring to the your document “How to make the site faster”, I was able to improve the pagespeed, but I’m unable to achieve this step “Remove render blocking css/js – using the TagDiv Speed Boosterplugin (Advanced Users)”
I’ve done exactly what have documented.
I’m having this kind of errors:

Here’s the code that I’ve added in my td-speed-booster.php
$this->move_js_to_footer(‘jquery’);
$this->move_js_to_footer(‘jquery-ui-slider’);
$this->move_js_to_footer(‘jquery-ui-sortable ’);

There are almost all of the codes that I found in Step 4.2
Please assist.
Hello,
I selected the Homepage 3 option for a static homepage on my site: http://www.irvinepost.com. There appears to be several blocks by categories. Some of the category labels are currently blank. How do I designate/select which categories are assigned to each block? (ie. If I wanted a block to have category 1 and category 2 posts under the label “label 1”).
Thanks,
Albert
Hi,
You can do it via custom css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/2c3J0WHmBM0H
.widget_adrotate_widgets img {
text-align: center;
clear: both;
display: block;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
margin-top: 6px;
margin-bottom: 6px;
}
.widget_adrotate_widgets {
margin-top: 10px;
margin-bottom: 30px;
}
Thanks
Hi,
Try this custom css in your theme panel > custom css field, this will enlarge the slider’s first thumb in height, like this: http://screencast.com/t/zC8N981nnm
@media (max-width: 476px) {
.td_block_big_grid .td-big-grid-post-0 {
height: 200px !important;
}
}
@media (min-width: 477px) and (max-width: 767px) {
.td_block_big_grid .td-big-grid-post-0 {
height: 300px !important;
}
}
You should consider disabling the right click protection plugin when you ask for my help because I can test my solution on your site.
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions. Regarding the timeline and specific post formats icons on thumbs I have added on our feature requests list and we will consider them for future updates.
For thumbnail inside the posts(feature image), if you don’t want it but you do want the thumbs on blocks/module then you can set the post format to gallery which will display only the thumbs on blocks.
Thanks again for your suggestion and for your message!
Hi,
I can’t access your site: http://screencast.com/t/TUmXP6Yzzzz so I can’t help you unless I can check and inspect the 2. Sliders on Firefox/ 3. Slider Titles/ 4. Social Icon covers the post issues.
Please let me know to check this when the site it’s running again.
Regarding the first issue you have with the custom fonts please note that we also know about this do have some issues with this. For a fix you would need to send us an email and request for a fix in this case. You can address us on email at contact@tagdiv.com
1. I need to see this so I can provide a better answer but yes you could write a better css selector and apply your style just to the bottom of the posts or if you want to remove the author box you can do it from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/Rflo6pT3
2. Via custom css, like this: http://screencast.com/t/KEsLinjDvk
.td-big-grid-post {
float: right;
}
.td_block_big_grid .td-big-grid-post-0 {
border-left: 3px solid #ffffff;
border-right: 0px solid #ffffff;
}
3. Also via css, you could try something like this:
.td_mod_mega_menu .item-details {
float: right;
}
.td_mod_mega_menu .item-details .entry-title a {
direction: rtl;
}
4. From theme panel > theme colors: http://screencast.com/t/SJaMRIDpb
5. Use this custom css: http://screencast.com/t/61MBHpfBsMj
.sf-menu li a:hover, .sf-menu .sfHover a, .sf-menu .current-menu-ancestor a, .sf-menu .current-category-ancestor a, .sf-menu > .current-menu-item > a {
border-color: #4db2ec;
}
To remove the shadow use this css:
.td-full-layout .td-menu-background:after, .td-boxed-layout .td-menu-wrap:after {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi!
It would be very nice to develop and improve the post format timeline, so we could have different ways to present content, depending on the post format. A play bouton on the image for video (like it’s the case currently on block widget for videos post format), a little image that represents photo for image post format, quotes for quotes, etc…
In this way, every post format would have its own particularity on the homepage.
Moreover, it would be very cool to NOT display thumbnails inside the post formats that are not “standard” (because when you have an image format, it’s not reader friendly to have featured image then the image on the post. Ditto for video), but display featured images on the homepage in order to keep a good presentation.
What do you think? I think it’s a nice idea and many bloggers should like it.
Sorry for my approximative english 😉
I do the same thing and it works for changing background color, but it doesn’t work for changing blocks width
I use
.footer_c {
width: 30.3483%;
}
Hi,
Use it like this to change the text color for block 1 and 2: http://screencast.com/t/3Tu5zDP7
.home .td_block2 .td-post-text-content, .home .td_block1 .td-post-text-content {
color: red;
}
Please note that you don’t have any block 2 on your homepage, all are block 1.
Use this to hide the text on blocks: http://screencast.com/t/UdUe1953ifh
.home .td_block2 .td-post-text-content, .home .td_block1 .td-post-text-content {
display: none;
}
I also noticed all this errors in you console: http://screencast.com/t/8woJM5aDFiy Please consider deactivating some plugins as this could generate conflicts and cause the theme/ other plugins/ features and so on not to work properly or at all.
Thanks
