I used the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to rebuild thumbnails of featured images. However, it didn’t work fine with me (yes, the theme was activated).
As you can see HERE, the slider is awful (probably because the images are too small) and there is a gray bar on the posts pages.
I only have tested with a couple of images and I want to know if there is any way to fix, at least, the images of posts.
Since my slider has two columns, if I use the size 700×357 for future images it will work fine ?
Other two quick questions:
1) It is possible to have two sliders on the same page ?
2) There is any trick to have more than a block with articles filtered by author (it only show me the Admin but I have two more authors) ?

@cybergetro: You can use the Plugin ‘Simple Ads Manager’. With ‘SAM’ you can show or block Ads by page, post, category, author, tag, rotate ads etc. Plugin works fine with Newpaper Theme an with the Ads Panel there (add shortcode and it works).
BTW: I’m not the author of this plugin.

That image size 1074 x 483 is used only on Slide on 3 columns, see here a guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-and-blocks/ Point 3.

What I meant was that each post has a H1 Title and followed by some H2 titles. I noticed that the Static home page doesn’t have this. What I did to bypass this was to add a text block and then add an H1 title and H2 Is this the best way? 😉

you need to take the id of the post outside of the loop, then in the areas where the ads are showed you need to test to see if the post id is the adult one. if yes then don’t shoe the ad. use if else for this.
the theme was not created like this, and is not easy to do this.

I install the same theme in a local host with a clean wordpress instalation, but i still only see 5 blocks.(block 1,2,3,4,5)

I have some adult posts in my site and I must to block Google Ads only on these articles.
My site is about movies, so the block can’t be by category. I think the best way to do this is by tag. My big problem is the Header and Article Ad.
Do you know excerpts or custom CSS to do this?

Oh for the background I know how to do! I just change the line “margin-bottom: 53px;” for exemple 150 px and no problem with the background anymore (with 10 sub-categories)

Yes, blocks are built using modules, if you change a module that module is possible to be used in multiple blocks.
Module 5 is used in Block 8 and Block 2.
What you can do is to duplicate the module 5 as module 5b and use it in Block 8(your customized block) and then Block 2 will not be affected.

That is used to build the layout on the grid.
As you know the grid work like:

</div>This will create a row with 2 columns.
This $buffy .= $td_block_layout->open_row(); will open a row, will echo: <div class="wpb_row">
This: $buffy .= $td_block_layout->close_row(); will close the row, will echo a </div>
This $buffy .= $td_block_layout->open6(); will open a span6 and $buffy .= $td_block_layout->close6(); will close it.
Is a little tricky.

And what a difference a couple of days away makes…
Module 5 is apparently used by a lot of the blocks as any showing the medium sized thumbnail on the home page now show no featured image – affecting far more than the status posts originally intended for this behavior.
Additionally, the changes to the excerpts from words to characters, though set at 250, shortens every slider title to about 10 characters. Those titles aren’t long enough or wide enough to fill the space they have on a default setup.
Now, how do I get the desired effect with screwing over the entire home page and without directly editing block 8 forcing me to replicate the changes with each new version released? I see child themes cannot replace blocks, correct?
I could do this another way but I need to know what modules blocks 1 and 2 use. I currently blocks 1, 2 and 8 on my home page. Check my development site where I’m working on this if you need to; http://wp.me/P4vfUC-2so.

This will use the Custom Ad 1.
