also page speed insights says
Page Stats
PSI estimates this page requires 4 additional round trips to load render blocking resources and 2.4 MB to fully render. The median page requires 4 round trips and 3.4 MB. Fewer round trips and bytes results in faster pages.
And it won’t provide a speed for mobile. I used to be 70+ for mobile and 90 for desktop. Unsure what’s changed.
Hi,
You simply have to edit the page with the tagDiv composer and configure the grids, blocks and other elements to display your own posts

– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
Please edit the page with the tagDiv composer and configure each grid, block and element to display posts from your own categories

Thanks
Hello,
It is your pages that get this behavior. Most likely you have settings on those pages that break the mobile layout.
Please check your blocks design options. You added margins and padding to the elements and they are affecting the mobile version as well. You can add those values for each viewport in particular from the tagdiv composer block settings.
Thank you!
Hello rachelrooi,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with your first block. It seems to works as expected, without any problems.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
Use the code below ->
.churchesclass .td_block_text_with_title {
margin-bottom: 0;
}
.td_block_wrap {
margin-bottom: 10px;
}
Thanks.
Catalin, thank you!
“2)If you want to have some blocks under the articles from post pages you should enable the Related Articles from Post Settings from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2gbYYowW”
I want to insert my code / widget under the article. You can insert your blocks in widgets (screenshot: https://screenshots.firefoxusercontent.com/images/c6224eec-ba4f-4935-84e1-1f0f8179d321.png). Can I insert such a widget under the article (here: https://screenshots.firefoxusercontent.com/images/0cd7d626-c42b-409e-8a9d-fb0bc847677b.png).
Hi,
If you keep replying in the topic this will only delay the response, we answer from oldest to newest. Please try to provide all the details in the initial post, or as the topic progresses.
That is a mega-menu with sub-categories, that is how it functions. The users will hover the sub-categories and posts from theme will be presented on the right.
There is a mega-menu without categories, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mfcUuir8
This menu will not display sub-categories on the left, it needs a category that does not have any, this is a guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
I could give you a code to hide the sub-categories as well, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dZHJJwDDs
.td_block_mega_menu .block-mega-child-cats a:not(:first-child) {
display: none;
}
This code will apply to all the mega-menus you have, it could be made more specific but I would need a link to your website if possible. Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS.
Thanks
Hello,
Block 3 uses module 1 to show articles so the module 1 titles should change the font on your top block: https://www.screencast.com/t/dBMTcqNjIV2k
I have tested the module 1 title font change on my end but could not find any issues.
Try to clear your cache if the settings do not apply. Try to change a few other fonts and see if they work properly.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Good Morning fantastic theme. I would like to know how i can create a hyperlink color or underline when someone hovers over a Post link on the home page or anywhere else on the site. I currently have Posts on the sidebar using the block 7 widget however when you hover over over those posts there’s no color change or underline to signify that its intractable.
Hi,
Please do not reply in your own topic, this will only delay the response on our part. We answer from oldest to newest. We try our best to answer as soon as possible.
The theme excerpts have a general setting initially, either by word or letter count. Then they can be customized by module type
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/
You could set an excerpt limit for each block that uses different modules, to have different lengths. Like this for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cvcKRKMdve
Those blocks each have their own excerpt settings. Here is a list of the modules each block contains
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
Thanks
Hello speed_jassar,
This could be a simple example for you -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4cMn6X2p7x1v Try using the 1/3+2/3 as layout and insert a Widget Sidebar and the second columns add what block you want or any other elements. If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Hannes,
1)Please check the following image for a better understanding -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hOxArbfxUP If you want to disable one of this, please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/h7g9p14k7Qi
2)If you want to have some blocks under the articles from post pages you should enable the Related Articles from Post Settings from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2gbYYowW
3)If you want to hide the author name for your posts you should use a bit of CSS code to do this. Please check the code ->
.td-post-author-name{
display:none;
}
Thanks.
Hi,
There will be some quality loss when you stretch the rows with content. The default non-stretched element uses a smaller thumbnail, when it is stretched with content it will stretch the thumbnail as well.
You could try other block types which default a bigger thumbnail
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7ltWQ8OHj
Or consider using Full big grids for full width content, such as these ones for example
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-3/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-4/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-5/
Thanks
Hello,
My desktop version of the website has equal padding and spacing between blocks and content, however on my mobile site, there is an unequal padding where the left side is larger than the right side. I was wondering if you had any idea what the problem could be and how it could be fixed. Thank you.

For some reason I’m not having any luck changing the font colors for the title of excerpt using the sample above on BLOCK13 being used on my homepage…
I’m trying
.td_block_13 .td_module_14 h3 > a {
color: #b4413e;
}
.td_block_13 .td_module_14 .td-excerpt {
color: #b4413e;
}
.td_block_13 .td-module-title a {
color: #b4413e;
}
None of which are working?
I’ve tried adding !important but no luck either… does this method work with BLOCK13? (it seems that Block13 is non-responsive to the settings in the theme panel as well? https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/excerpt-font-size-2/ or my install is funky 🙂
Hi, I find that there’s an issue with my homepage: https://www.rachelrooi.com/. In the past, the main “block” fit nicely in the first fold. Now, it does not. Please help.
I’m trying to add the visual composer plugin to my website but I got this instead
Security Alert

Hi Simion,
Thank you for the link. It worked perfectly.
For anyone looking at what to change:
Look for the following code in “front-page.php”
<div class="td-container">
<?php echo do_shortcode('[td_block_big_grid_mob_1 sort="featured"]'); ?>
<?php the_content(); ?>
</div>
add the following ‘category_id=”191″‘ (replace 191 with the category id of your own category)
new code should look like this:
<div class="td-container">
<?php echo do_shortcode('[td_block_big_grid_mob_1 category_id="191" sort="featured"]'); ?>
<?php the_content(); ?>
</div>
Hi,
On the homepage there are no settings that would allow changing the color of the category tags, by category.
It could only be done with custom code, by module or block in which they appear. Or maybe change them all at once if that would be an option.
Thanks
Hello
I don’t want to add some plugin because my posts are allways in justify and the blockquote will be set to the right.
I just want to know where these two things are located (name) in the *.css
thank you
Hi,
Then the code should be like this, to enable the scroll on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FFAIvpdTl
.td-scroll-up-visible{
display:block;
}
Enter it in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section.
Thanks
Thanks for getting back to me so fast.
So i’ve attached a Screenshot – Ideally i would like a 1 px border around my thumbnails and images. However the live CSS i’m using is also putting a 1px border around my logo and other items. Is there a way i can edit the blocks to do this?
http://www.chaoshour.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/screen.jpg
Just some advice is all i’m looking for.
Thanks so much Catalin 🙂
Thanks for the response.
One solution would be to change the main header background to white on mobile, and hide the mobile menu, and create buttons or boxes to assist with navigation to other pages. I like the block with the ability to scroll posts on mobile like a slideshow. I really do not like the mobile plugin, and seems more work than it is worth. I would like to here success stories with it.
Still not seeing the message “add to the mega menu” like in this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
The team member link and adding links in the description with the html code is helpful! They should add the ability to upload your own custom icon with links in the future.
Thanks!
