Hi,
I think that this problem can be fixed by changing a line of code in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/header-amp.php
Replace:
<html <?php language_attributes(); ?>>
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/Fj94HAommH
With:
<html <?php language_attributes(); ?> amp>
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/yIjgHPfpB
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,
Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, and style.css as there are very few files left in the main theme as envato requires all functionality to be added through plugins.
If you are using child theme, you need to replace the child theme that you are using with the one that came with Newspaper v9.7.3, or you can edit the functions.php from 1001 to 11 and it should work: https://image.prntscr.com/image/LJgOPaseQeWx88hn-pSKGQ.png just make sure that you clear all cache after you make those changes.
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello !
This is usually caused by the cache. You will have to delete your cache. I have inspected your website and it looks good from our side: https://www.screencast.com/t/X7PSw07ZSIE
We recommend using WP Super Cache. Here are some tips and tricks about it: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello Calin!
Thank for your support.
1) I disabled the child theme, leaving only /Newspaper – continues with error
2) I disabled all plugins – except td-composer and td-cloud-library – continue with error
3) I deleted 100% of the theme, installing again the last version downloaded by themeforest – continues with error.
4) Clear all cache – continues with error.
Resuming, I reinstalled 100% of the theme, just with the plugins that come in .zip, and it still does not read the cloud library properly.
What can it be?
I’m not using any cache plugin. I deactivated all the plugins as I mentioned in OP and still the problem was there. I think it’s a bug in composer plugin most probably.
Hi,
This problem can be from cache plugin too, please clear all cache and deactivate the cache plugin and all non theme plugins and check again.
Thank you!
Hi,

Unfortunately in Newspaper v9.7.3 there is a problem between visual composer and tagDiv Composer, I recommend you to use a previous version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/important-new-update-newspaper-9-7/
Thank you!

Hi,
Regarding the issue, note that the old API plugin will not work anymore. You can use the new creative plugin for this purpose – https://forum.tagdiv.com/developer-info/
After the 9.7 update many of the theme files were moved in the tagDiv composer, due to the new Envato requirements
– https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
As a consequence the child theme is quite limited now, only a few theme files can still be used in it.
Also please make sure that you do not overwrite the theme when you make the update, please delete the current theme and only after that install the new version of theme.
Please make sure that all the settings are as in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you for your understanding!

I’ve installed an extra to Chrome, which identifies the sources. And the result is this:

I think it’s a real problem, no caché problem
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for reply. Yes, I have activated the options I want to use. I have emptied the cache of the web plugin. I opened an incognito window (anonymous) and nothing, the problem persists.
I don’t use cdn, I only use cloudflare as a DNS provider. The cnd is disabled (it always has been). PC test:

What could be the mistake?
Thanks, Jose
Hi Susan,
Unfortunately, please note that the JetPack is a problematic plugin and also, we do not recommend using it because in some cases, it might break the site layout. I recommend you to disable it and regenerate all of your images using the Thumbnails Regenerate plugin or Force Regenerate. Clear all the caches to purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi cahpolli,
Switch to the main theme from Child Theme, if you are using some untested plugins, disable all of them, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know!
Thanks.
