Hi, I’m viewing the header on my site and the “top bar”and “top menu” are correctly positioned alike the “header menu”, but when I´m viewing on mobile I only can see the “header menu”. What can I do? I need important access to the “top menu” on mobile. I wanna undhide the “top menu” on mobile. Is that posible?

Second problem is********* that I really like the “singup/logIn form” setted at “demo top menu” but the problem is that I don’t want to send to users the address of my wordpress admin area just to set the password, It had to be configured in the “singUp/LogIn form”, what I can Do?**********
is there a way to display latest posts in the Big Grid Slide Settings (e.g. the first block in the Newspaper Homepage demo) instead of filtering on one of the categories?
Hello, I installed Newmag theme and loaded the Technews demo on it.
I’m getting multiple page column breaks down the main page.

1) It seems you have to either recreate your slider or import a demo one. Please follow this guide to create sliders: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7rBZmYgfUU
2) You will need to enter a full path (URL) pointing at the .woff file. SImply upload it to your server and type in the path to it.

Unfortunately this is the case on our demo as well. This issue is on our list of fixes for a future update. As a workaround, you can use custom links on your menu items and make them link to # (the ones that have a dropdown) so you will only have access to the links you want from the dropdown not the menu item itself.

I have removed your login information from your post as this is a public forum. IT seems ALL your problems are caused by a plugin incompatibility. Once I disabled all your plugins except visual composer all the issues were fixed. (retina logo works, thumbs now show up, video displays properly, mega menu works) Please try to find the plugins that cause these issues and remove/replace them as they are creating conflicts. Not all plugins work with our theme. This is the case with every premium theme out there. Next time you see any issue that does not appear on our official demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ then plugins are the number one reason, then comes server configuration and customization.
Unfortunately the category tags on the homepage cannot be customized. You can assign a color for the category tag but it will only display on the post itself.

@academoe.com I’ve checked your site and the theme works fine. Please note that if you set a category as mega menu in order to display something you need to have some posts in that category. For example on category page Arts & Entertainment the mega menu it’s displayed fine because you have posts in that category: http://screencast.com/t/Mr5B3Q35xvH If the category does not have any posts then it’s nothing to display on its page and also in mega-menu, an example from your site would be Green Products: http://screencast.com/t/0nQD7tG2Fb

Did you
a) clear your caching/reset CDN after theme change, if applicable?
b) did you increase your default memory via php.ini and wp-config.php ?
c) try turning off conflicting plugins except for visual composer and yoast seo?
What “demo” of the theme are you using ? Did you buy the theme or are you using a pirate copy from website? I suppose you are using one of the “style demo” to test site layout and not a real live website.

I’m very disappointed with the Newspaper Theme!! Is has been almost 2 weeks that my site doesn’t work properly. I though i had internet problem, but i contacted my assistant and everything was alright. I also contacted the hosting company, but the problem wasn’t there!
Every time i want to post something new, when i click preview changes, my site “corrupt”, or when i want to change the logo of the theme. I’m using The Demo of Newspaper Theme. I can’t uninstall and then reinstall because my data with be lost. my site is vervemagg.com

I have got my site almost to the level where I can release it, however I have a few major issues that I will discuss here with you.
I can’t add screenshots so its going to be a little bit harder but I’ll just go into more detail. You’ll see my mention “I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo” I say this because I uploaded 2 of the demos and after seeing these below issues I uninstalled and started to build from scratch hoping that would avoid the below. It has not so here are my issues I am facing preventing me from releasing my site. Thank you for your time looking and helping.
1) So as I mentioned above, I have followed all of your instructions and my logo is still not retina quality as you will notice visiting the site. I have tried many different ways to get this to work following your instructions and trying to get round it with some tweaks but nothing has working so far. This is of huge importance to me releasing my site that the logo is super clear.
2) MAJOR ISSUE: I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo content, I have no thumbnails of my featured images displayed. (You will see when you visit the site) Please note all of my “thumbs on modules & blocks” are clicked on however the featured image IS displaying in the Mega menu.
3) MAJOR ISSUE: I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo content (video one) that when I post a video, if you click on to the post the video only displays on the left hand side of the screen in a box even though I am using style 10.
4) If you see the widgetised sidebar you’ll notice it is looking very bland. I see the thumbnail for the post is not being displayed. I know it will look better once it is displayed. The category/tag cloud section is very bland, will there be any added design when the above is fixed.
5)I first noticed this when I uploaded the demo If you see my mega menu you’ll notice that when you hover the mouse over ‘Evolve’ in the menu it only displays ‘all’ in the mega menu. When you hover over sport & fitness it does not register. Could you please help me fix this.
These are the issues I need to be fixed so my site can go live along. My design right now is very simple however after some weeks I will make it more complex at one point eventually looking like your newspaper demo site.
Your help is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time and wonderful theme. I look forward to hearing back and getting my site live!

Unfortunately visual composer cannot add sliders on the row, just images.

The difference between the 2 types of menu item come from the way they were created in the menu section of WP.
If you create a “category” menu item, then if you click on it, it will lead to the specific category.
there is another way to do it as a custom link. You create a custom link menu item and in the URL field you simply type # and name your menu item with the name of the category.

It seems the code gets generated by the theme. If the adsense ad is new, you will have to wait a bit until the ad gets displayed. It can sometimes take up to a few days for it to display.
You can test to see if the theme renders ads by using a simple image ad. Please use this ad instead of the adsense for a quick test to see if the theme renders ads:

Ya veo. Lo que requieres como tal necesita algo de programación. Vas a tener que contratar un programador que haga esa parte si lo requieres tal cual lo solicitas.
Ahora que si te quieres ahorrar la programación puedes usar user role editor para asignar los roles a los usuarios y especificar qué opciones puede configurar cada user.
El suscriptor no tiene privilegios
El autor puede crear nuevas entradas
El editor puede crear y editar entradas y páginas.
El administrador tiene control total.
El buddy press te debe de crear más roles de usuario cada uno con capacidades diferentes.
Y repito Con el plugin de user role editor puedes crear un nuevo rol que tenga las habilidades que necesitas que tenga el usuario, luego vas a general de tu wordpress y le editas que cada nuevo usuario tenga el rol que creaste.
Ejemplo pudiera ser un usuario con rol de autor con las capacidades del buddy press y así podría crear una pagina donde suba sus fotos o eso que requieres.
Si podemos hablar por Skype para ayudarte, darte clases o corregir errores que tenga lo que has hecho, te cobro 10 usd la hora o fracción.

Puedes leer en las políticas de Envato, el soporte incluye actualizaciones del Theme y resolución de problemas relacionados con el Theme. Pero crear nuevas funcionalidades no está incluido pues esto conlleva tiempo y otros conocimientos fuera del Theme.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. It is a general error and we cannot pin point it to a specific thing. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.
If you still cannot manage to install the demo, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and proivide wp-admin so we can take a look. please also provide a link to this topic.

This problem can originate from the same regeneration of the thumbnail. Please make sure you have the thumbnails selected here: http://screencast.com/t/fegUs62Cgc then regenerate your thumbnails as I suggested above.
It is not ok to have different size images in the same module/block. All the images are suppozed to have the same size like so: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/tagdiv-fashion/tagdiv-new-look-2015/

Almost all big themes have similar errors on W3C validator and this errors are not related especially to your website. The most common error as style inside div error appear, any custom css added in Theme Panel > Custom CSS will provide this error in w3c. You should ignore these errors, they are not important and will not affect your website in any way.
