Hello !
To start with I recommend you to take a look at our documentation here. In my opinion the most important would be the following:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
I recommend you to go with a PRO demo because that will make it fully editable with TagDiv Composer. Also take a look at our short tutorials for a better understanding of how it works here: https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
Also when sending a support topic it is easier to open one for each problem, we can handle them more easier. Also provide as many information as possible so we can help you as fast as we can.
You can pay for development of your theme by contacting our team here: https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello @steinseba!
You can set your logo in mobile too by accessing a post from your website, edit it with TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager, click on Mobile Menu, select the Header logo and you can upload your logo picture right there in the setting section: https://www.screencast.com/t/xKsmz1333
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello !
If you cannot select it it means that you are using a standard header from theme panel. You will have to use one from the cloud library in order to be able to edit it as you can see here:https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you !
After creating mobile pages using the tagdiv composer and adding the footer from the Website Manager, I am not able to see these changes on the mobile device.
They look fine on the tagdiv composer but on mobile device it only shows the mobile header and a different mobile footer (I don’t know where this mobile footer is from as I did not create it).
Here’s a screenshot with the problem: https://imgur.com/NRLryAU
Thanks Vlad, but the website site manager shows differently, in there you can have multiple headers and footers templates, and you can make copys of each.
Similarly, when you edit a single post template, in TAGdiv composer you can also edit header and footer of the header and footer template.
Just looking now for a simple option so I dont have to edit a lot of headers and footers in each single post template.
Hello !
If you have only one header and only one footer template. You can edit them using website manager as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0q51idUdiGD for the footer all you have to do is to scroll to the bottom of your page.
As for the update you have to make sure that there was no plugin conflict since this is not a normal behavior.
Thank you !
Hello !
It looks like you are using 2 headers. Please make sure to have only one set from the website manager here: https://www.screencast.com/t/hmH1qRuZq

Hello,
I’m unable to edit the mobile menu for the Pulses PRO demo. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong. If I open the Website Manager in tagDiv Composer, click Website Manager, then Mobile menu from the Pulses PRO header template, nothing happens.
Thanks for any help,
Ryan

<!-- Google Tag Manager (noscript) -->
<noscript><iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-#######"

Hello !
You can import your header / footer from the website manager as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/1VNjWAycGEj or you can import new ones.
You will have to create new ones and edit them in order to look like the responsive version.
Let me know if this helped.
Thank you !
Hi,
As I can see you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, therefore you can edit it using tagDiv Composer-> https://i.imgur.com/NGD6OrO.jpg select the menu -> and adjust it in “Style” tab -> https://i.imgur.com/AcWQdX5.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ZnXqYYL.jpg hope this will help you.
Also for the search, I think that you have set some changes on the element that is set it like that, is possible to have set a big width on it. The easy thing that can be done is to reset the style on that element using the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/3CLBAIh.png after that save the changes and check the live search!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
You can easily edit your mobile page with Website Manager and you can import header and footer like in these instructions :
For header check this https://www.screencast.com/t/s6dO0v4p
Also for footer check this https://www.screencast.com/t/b55LP3XetMv
Please try and let us know about your results!
Unfortunately, for now, you can only import blank templates and you have to add your own content. In the future we will provide more default templates and also the possibility to convert desktop templates into mobile templates.
Thank you!
Hello !
You will be needed using a header from the cloud library. This will not work on standard headers: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you !
Hello !
You cannot do this on Header Style 1. You can only edit Cloud library headers using tagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you !
I pulled in a cloud header template called “podcast”.
I went to edit the template in TagDiv Composer and clicked on Manager then I enabled sticky header via the “Enable/disable sticky menu” option and clicked save.
I’ve done this several times but the top bar menu is not sticky no matter what page I’m on.

Can you please check in the website manager and make sure that you are using the same headers ? It looks like you have a different header on the “bad” page: https://www.screencast.com/t/bwbZ5i6d0AZv
Let us know the result !

Hi Andrey777,
The theme is compatible with WooCommerce, but you are using for header a cloud header that is not set on default, most probably this is set on overlay, what you need to do is to edit the cloud header with tagDiv Composer and click on logo, then on header menu, then in general tab you need to select the display on default https://i.imgur.com/IhLnaH8.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/XQihKfJ.jpg
hope this will help you!
Thank you!
